Thank you for reading this review. I have broken down each section from check in to amenities for your information. Check In - The property is centrally located and a short walk up from the main street. The staff at check in were efficient and organized. They swiftly helped with luggage and quickly obtained the information they needed. We were then escorted to our room for a welcome tour. Room - The room was luxurious, spacious and well appointed. There was a seating area with seating for 4, a desk, a great spot for placing/handing clothes and the bathroom was beautiful with a large walk in shower. The bed was VERY comfortable as were the pillows. There was good technology in the room. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel simply based on the room. Lounge - There is a fantastic lounge in the lobby of the hotel with seating inside and a few tables outside lining the alley. The staff in the lounge were incredible. Very knowledgeable and helpful and they mix up some creative and delicious cocktails. Location - The property is located with easy access to all the main streets in inside the walls. You can walk in any direction when leaving the hotel and find incredible restaurants and shopping. If you are looking to get a tour of the property, I would highly recommend the app Getyourguide. Super easy to use and lots of options! I have used this app for many tours around Europe and it works fantastic! Spa - There is a Thai spa on the property. We had a number of 30 minute short massages at the end of our day after touring. I would highly recommend this as it was a great refresh before enjoying the evening! Overall - I would highly recommend this hotel for beautiful rooms, great service and exceptional location. This property is worth every penny! Thank you for reading this review. I stayed here as a solo traveller in August 2023. This hotel is located in the heart of Old Town. It is a boutique hotel, and from what I understand, it is one of only two hotels located in Old Town. My room was spacious. It has all the amenities that you would expect from a high-end boutique hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The breakfast was €40 on rooftop was excellent, and exceeded my expectations, especially with the portion size - it included coffee, juice, bread, and a selection of a main item (quinoa, eggs, salmon and guacamole). Spa services are offered by a studio across the street; I tried a Thai massage, and it was very good. The hotel staff were friendly and professional. Overall, I had an excellent experience at this hotel.

Rooms are very confortable, with nice bed and pillows, amenities from L'Occitane, and all very clean and taken care of. Staff that do the beds are incredible, and all the people from reception are very helpful and concerned about your well being.

An amazing hotel in the centre of the town. Rooftop restaurant for breakfast and dinner is brilliant. Staff are really good. Lots of stairs but they keep you fit. We pre booked a transfer from the airport who dropped us close to the hotel. It is only a short walk from the entrance to the town walls.

This is a lovely hotel conveniently located in the Old Town not far from Pile Gate. The rooms are nicely decorated, modern, comfortable & a reasonable size for being in the Old Town. The bathroom has a good size walk in shower. However for a recently refurbished hotel there is a ridiculous lack of power points particularly near the bed for personal devises. The TV channel selection is pretty poor with only two channels in English. The free hotel wifi was reasonable. However I felt a little ripped off with a €70 charge for a pick up from the main port which was only a 15 minutes journey. And the hotel offered breakfast at €65, wow!!! It might be a 4 star hotel but the prices are a bit exorbitant. The front desk staff were not that helpful or friendly. The young lady on morning shift was new and knew very little about how some of the room gadgets worked or about external excursions. The afternoon guy was much better. And oh the stairs. I had a room on the 4th floor. There are two guest rooms on each floor. Being an old preserved building there is no lift. It is quite a walk up. The hotel’s upmarket restaurant with fabulous views over the rooftops is on level 5. A set course meal here will set you back hefty €120. As beautiful as Dubrovnik is, everything is overpriced taking advantage of the steams of visitors that visit or stay each day, and there are thousands every day. This hotel, as lovely as it is, seems no different.

Room Tip: If stairs are a problem ask for a room on a lower level. And there are plenty of good restaurants...

This Boutique hotel in the old city in Dubrovnik turned out to be the finest hotel experience we have had in all our travels over the years. The comfort of our luxurious room and the attention to detail providing for every requirement was just superb. Matching that was the friendliness, care and efficiency of the staff and to top that all, the owner's husband Sedi Setahi was often on site befriending us and all the other guests. We unwittingly left our passports in the safe in our room and Sedi drove for over an hour to deliver the passports to us which we could not believe.

We were a family of six adults and stayed in rooms 201, 301, and 401. The hotel is lovely and the rooms were very comfortable, even larger than expected based upon other reviews. You cannot beat the location (except maybe the Hilton Imperial with all the amenities of a 5-star hotel). We could walk right out to the main old town stratum and find everything we might want. I used the spa across the way and had a nice massage. The negative, as others have mentioned, is that breakfast is not included and is quite expensive €39 per person which, for our group staying for three nights would have been ridiculous. Everywhere else we’ve stayed on our trip, breakfast has been included. I also did not feel that I could rely on the hotel to provide any travel guidance or advice. They seem to have difficulty separating their own self-interest from that of their guests. They offered €120 transport from the airport, which we were able to arrange with a private service for just €36. (And as further comparison, the 5-star Hilton collected my husband and I for €55). I also asked for advice on a day boat charter, and I was quoted €4500. When I said, that was quite high, they could not offer me an alternative, but just explained that it was “a very nice boat!” We ended up booking through Rewind Dubrovnik for just €640. So I would just say that it would be nice if they would give their guests a “good steer.”

The hotel was tucked away up a side street in the old town, no vehicle access but only a short walk from the city gate. The room was spotlessly clean and well equipped with a kettle and coffee machine, we could get fresh milk from the very helpful staff. There was a rooftop restaurant serving breakfast but we preferred to eat out. There is a bakery opposite the entrance to the side street selling delicious pastries! This hotel isn't suitable for people with mobility issues as there is no lift. There are restaurants very near by so it was quite noisy in the evening but there is a curfew at 11pm.
