Super cool hostel. very clean comfortable beds. you can book all your tours and shuttles at the front desk instead of searching for a tour agency. Beer pong was soo crazy fun! I love the food and i made way too many friends here! Once this pandemic is done im coming back!!!!

Bigfoot is a very nice place for younger generations to stay in Antigua. It's close to the center so you can explore everything from there. It's clean and everything looks very nice. The stuff is very nice and willing to help you with every question you have. They also offer a good shuttle service almost to everywhere.

The first impression was good. It looked really clean and seemed to have a lot of space where you can spend your time. The check in took a long time untill they have all your personal information in their system. In the dorm there are no windows so you can imagine how the air is. At night it is just a outgoing place for really young people to get drunk, nothing else. 2 guys went to de security because 2 girls went to the same time to the toilett, they did nothing just how girls are, they go toghether but it seemed to be a desaster. So they had really strict rules but on the other hand people went in to the jacuzzi while it was actually closed by night but this wasnt a problem but at the end they were guys who worked at the place so the were allowed but clients couldnt go to use the jacuzzi also during the day it was always closed, so it makes no sense. They said it need to be cleaned but seriously more then 24 hours? You also can cook what was really good even they have their own restaurant but a beer you cant bring in because their is also a bar to buy it for really expensiv. Food yes, drinks no ot doenst male sense too. I would never go back, the reason was to go there to use the jacuzzi but it was closed. And also the rules are in a stupid way built.…

Used Bigfoot Hostel as basecamp for a week with a group of friends while we volunteered and travelled in Guatemala. It's a fantastic hostel with a wonderful staff in a beautiful city. I absolutely recommend Bigfoot and Antigua to anyone thinking of going to Guatemala.

This is hostel had truly chilled vibes. Everyone is open minded, easy going and more than willing to help you! I came here together with a bunch of students. The Ambiente is sooo beautiful, the rooms have are charming and all over it was a clean place that allowed you to cook or to order your own food. Nachos lover will enjoy! What I valued the most were the wonderful employees that made every little thing possible to ensure my stay was precious! From booking tours to enjoyable tours everyday within the hostel a good place to socialize. Furthermore, I’m working online and could enjoy the WiFi to do my work in a mannered way! In addition, the Central Location makes it easy for anyone to discover destinations. Thanks for having me and making my stay so special. I definitely recommend and I’m coming back! …

Don’t book a shuttle throw this hostel! Me and two friends booked a shuttle from Antigua to Lankin. The hostel is a minute from the hotel we stayed and yet, the pickup time was an hour late. The car we have been picked up by was with big windows, with no curtains to protect us from the heating sun, no air conditioning, uncomfortable and crowded chairs with a tiny place for the legs. If you are booking a ride throw an hotel/hostel do yourself a favor and check it’s not that company Terrible experience

Lots to do - pool, beer pong, volcano boarding!! The rooms are great and I would recommend having an air con room. Really happy with the service and the availability of the shuttles, thanks for a great stay !!!

This place is a rare perfect combination of being both a chill and homey oasis but also super social and zesty. Every single person who works there, from the manager to the cook are people-loving and incredibly kind, they will greet you by your name every morning and will do anything to help you with whatever. What I loved about this place is that you can choose the vibe you want, you can have a relaxed night watching a movie at the chill out area, or party at the bar. The rooms and facilities are cleaned everyday, the food is great and not expensive and the location couldn’t be better. Highly highly recommended, will suit any type of traveler and will add so much to your travel experience, probably best hostel I’ve been to in a long time.

The food in this hostel is absolutely delicious. Even if you're staying in a different place I'd recommend getting your food here. The breakfast burrito was fresh, healthy and delicious. All it needed was some spicy sauce and when I asked for it I expected to get a cheap little bottle. Instead I got some freshly made gourmet stuff which greatly exceeded my expectations. Thanks for the great food!
