This hotel is so beautifully crafted, it feels like the owners built it with their own hands to perfection. The wood work, the decoration, the garden, pool, rooftop with view of almost the entire Valley of Antigua (three volcanos at sight all day long!), and the outstanding service from the hotel staff make it, as a first time visitor to Guatemala, and to me, the most beautiful experience I have ever had! (I would like to congratulate the Manager, as well as Mr. Angel and Miss Sarah for the lovely people they are and their most excellent client service spirit I have yet to witness. (This is a lot to say, since I myself live in a Tourist Country - Punta Cana - and I have experience plenty of service in tourims during my life... but nothing like this!)
This place is worth it! It is a 15Q ride from the center in a tuktuk. The hosts are so nice. The best time to come is during the week. Very quite and reasonably priced. Wifi was great, the breakfast you get to deicide menu has 4 options to choose from. The swimming pool was very clean. The staff very helpful. No restaurant on site so uber eats delivery with no issues.
What a lovely place. This was our first hotel one hitting Guatemala from the UK on our Honeymoon (we aren't ones for sitting on a beach). The hotel is within a gated community and the guards don't speak much English but it's easy enough to access if you state the name of the hotel. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist that spoke good English. We paid the bill by card and was shown to our room which was really lovely and spacious. Breakfast was delightful and traditional; however, western alternatives were also available. The outdoor area is really idyllic. My only criticism is that sound travels quite easily. It's not a noisy place but you can hear people in the morning if you try and have a lie in... For us, with jet lag, that wasn't a problem. The jacuzzi bath in our room was a real luxury and much better than the shower (which was a little difficult to regulate the temperature). Thank you for a lovely stay. …
We loved staying here! The staff was fantastic (specially Rene) and the property is beautiful. It is in a gated community which is beautiful and super safe. The major attractions in town are a short 10 minute walk, or 2 minute Uber ride. The breakfast was amazing and WiFi was super good. We loved every detail that makes this property a luxury stay in Antigua.
The room was charming with a beautiful adjoining balcony. The staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was very good with several choices daily, fresh fruit, juice and coffee. The interior courtyard and gardens were extremely beautiful and relaxing.
