I have been coming to this little gem for many years. I love its location, charm, cleanliness, and the people who work here. Carlos, front desk clerk, could not be nicer and more helpful. Gerlinde, manager, is also so nice and helpful. Though the rooms are small, the second story lounge and rooftop terrace are awesome. This hotel is reasonably priced.
Once again, as always, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this little gem. I love the decor, gardens, and terrace. Yes, the room and bathroom are small but it is so clean and nicely furnished. The location of this hotel is perfect and the price is excellent for Antigua. Carl, the front desk clerk, was so friendly and helpful. He is awesome. The rest of the staff are friendly. Yes, I will return again!
Charming and clean posada with a great location, amazing rooftop terrace and comfortable bed with plenty of hot water for showering. Gerlinde's communication was brilliant in arranging private transport from the airport and otherwise. Very good value! The included breakfast at Fernandos's was a delicious bonus. Highly recommend!
Our mission team stays here every year and always enjoy it. This quaint hotel with its beautiful courtyards, nice second floor terrace, and breathtaking third floor terrace is a good bargain. The location is one of the best in town. The front desk folks: Jorge, Vivian, Byron, and ? offer wonderful customer service. They are so friendly and professional. Yes, the bathrooms are small, but very clean and adequate. God willing, we will return again next year.
This is a well-located, clean, and simply wonderful hotel that makes a great hub for discovering the wonders of Antigua. Close to everything, and run by delightful people who make you feel warmly welcomed.
