The room wasn’t properly cleaned. Even the bathroom was poorly cleaned. I wasn’t able to take a hot shower, because the water was cold, and the shower head was so old that the water came out with very little pressure. Additionally, they have plans open to the general public that allows for people who are not guests to use the premises. This means that the pool area is overcrowded. In general, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel, given the fact that it’s not cheap and you can get much better options in Antigua for the same price.

IF YOU ARE A FOREIGNER, TOURIST , DON'T GO THIS PLACE, DON'T STRESS YOURSELF WITH THEM. First, customer service is tremendously bad, everyone look at you as not welcomed. Second, you can not bring food or beverages, they force you to eat their pricey, flavorless and overcooked food with the horrible service as a dessert in their restaurant. (they just throw out the food over the table and they never, ever return tu ask if you need something, you can raise your hand as many times and it doesn't matter to them). ... And don't even dare you in buy coffee, or other goodies in the supermarket with the intention to package them in your luggage to bring them to your country, becasue they won't let you in your room with those because they are not allow any type of food inside their property, and they even will call security to arguing with you about your Coffee, chips or anything else than you want to bring on your luggage, like you are trying to bring in a weapon or something like that. That is completely ridiculous. Did I tell you about the crappy and pricey food already?... O yeah, I did. Well... Base your decision to stay here after read my experience.

Dear Mr. Nicholas Thank you for taking your valuable time to rate us. Our goal is always to improve the way we do things and for that we thank you for sharing your honest opinion with us, which I have shared with our general management, this will help us to constantly improve the experience we offer to our customers. Regarding the restriction of food from external services to the hotel, we are limited by biosecurity due to the alerts in force by the government and health authorities. We are very sorry that we have not completely met your expectations, we are committed to offer you a quality service and for that we appreciate your preference.

When I need to stay in Antigua, this is my hotel of choice. The ambience is pleasant, good service from the staff and a very good restaurant. It is a little far from the town square and market compared to hotels, but the extra "walk" is worth it.

I was disappointed. The costumer service was the worst. The waiters were careless and all our lunch order was confused . My daughter dropped by accident her beverage and they didn’t even moved to help or clean. They left her with a wet chair. When I told them i was going to take another chair they acted rude and were upset about me moving the chair.
