We stayed for one night here. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We had a room on the 18th floor and checked in earlier than 3pm which is the check in time. We spent some time by the indoor pool and they also have an impressive gym. Our room was nice, clean and modern with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and had a good selection, eggs, an omelette station, hot food, pastries, fruit, a selection of fruit juice, Cereal etc. We had no complaints and would definitely stay again.

The first agent we checked in with wasn't the best to be honest. But our experience after that was great. Everyone else we met, were great and the Bell Hop - wish i remembered his name, he was fantastic. He was the one told us about breakfast, the pool, the other amenities (one could hope that's the job of the FD Agent). That being said, the hotel does need some updates , there were some areas that needed work. Overall though the experience was great, the breakfast and the view were my highlights. The breakfast was AMAZING! Looked forward to having it every morning. I definitely recommend booking with breakfast included. You won't regret it!

Average hotel, well located but needs a serious refurbishment. Spa services are no longer available and the bar is average for hotel quality. Breakfast is good and rooms are 7/10. Employees are very friendly and try to allocate all client needs

Nice view, comfort rooms, good looking, easy to move in the city, near are some highways, Uber is easy and cheap, you can also walk on the coast border (there is no beach) but you can walk anyway. Nice staff at the hotel, breakfast is so good too

High quality hotel, nice staff, super breakfast with fresh fruits and a lot variety of different food. Our room has had an awesome view to the city. We also wnjoyed the size of the lovely room. Very good beds. Clean indoor pool and large gym. Well located

Outstandingly warm staff all around; nice, meticulously clean and confortable rooms (good AC, good Wifi); the restaurant has a very good breakfast buffet (you have to try their omelettes) plus an interesting menu for lunch and dinner, there is also the Cafe San Barcelo for a light snack and excellent coffees; strategic location for business (very close to the banking sector -Calle 50- and Costa del Este is not far at all) and for shopping (Multi-Centro right around the corner and Multi-Plaza and Soho malls are very close by), cannot wait to go back!

Lack of amenities that are standard in 2 and 3 star hotels. Getting towels is a daily request. Perhaps they got rid of the towels when they were used as a Covid 19 hotel but it is no excuse. No pen or paper in room had to go to lobby to request…got it but the ladies behind the desk were not very pleased. And in my case there was not a language barrier! No place to wait for guests in the PB. We left here and went to the Sheraton a five star hotel for less than we paid here. What a welcome difference!

The hotel was nice, super convenient to everything we needed. The workout room had excellent equipment. The pool was nice (but it indoors). Location makes it a quick (and cheap) Uber or walk to every place we wanted to go. I'd happily stay again.
