Rooms are super clean, pool was as well. Food and drinks were delicious. Everyone was attentive and professional. The Mall is within walking distance and it has a good variety of restaurants. I definitely will make this my hotel of choice for my future travels.
I really like the Ramda very much. The front desk were professional and kind, Close to the Mall which is an Amazing Mall with fine dining Paul's aware winning restaurant!! Outstanding. The hotel is very clean and an amazing Breakfast!! Close to several nice restaurants and a COVID test center two blocks away . Planning on returning to Panama in January 2023 and this Ramda will be my go to for a few nights!!! Yes I highly recommend this Ramda Hotel and to the staff thank you !!!
Clean comfortable rooms. The continental breakfast was very good and convenient to get kids fed before exploring the city. Kids had a lot of fun at the pool. Neighborhood is very convenient for restaurants, large mall. Highly recommended.
The pros: the rooms are large and clean, good quality toilet paper. The cons: no face clothes, one skimpy hand towel, lukewarm shower temperature, a $1 pack of Kleenex, barely edible buffet breakfast, $4.50 for a horrible cappuccino, completely overrun by families with multiple loud children, and the two elevators are painfully slow to arrive. Eurostars is a much better property for the price.
The Ramada Punta Pacifica in Panama City, Panama is a 5 star hotel with great accommodations, awesome service and outstanding restaurant. This hotel is definitely not your typical run down Ramada. This hotel is brand new with an ample gym and a very inviting pool in the second floor. The nighty rates very affordable! Strongly recommend this location if you are visiting Panama City for business or pleasure.
I've flown over 5 Million Miles, visited 62 countries (and all 50 States). This is the BEST hotel (for the budget) I have ever stayed at! It checks off every box: COMFORT, CONVENIENCE, CLEANLINESS, a CAPABLE staff & COST (!!!). As noted, I have stayed at Hiltons & Hyatts, Ritz Carltons, Westins, Marriotts & Holiday Inns... This Ramada was just as nice as any hotel I've been to before.. The (free) breakfast buffet was worthy and even the hotel's location - a short walk to a major mall in Panama City (should you need anything) - was a nice feature. And, lastly, a very capable and concerned (for providing excellent service) staff... From this traveler to 62 countries, please consider my advice? If you're planning a visit to Panama City, stay at the Ramada Plaza Punta Pacifica... You will not be disappointed...…
This hotel has a vibe of elegance with the crystal chandeliers. Excellent, fresh and wide selection of breakfast items. The staff are very helpful and accommodating with any questions and needs. Carlos graciously helped me with scheduling an on-site Covid swab. Safe area with delicious sushi among other foods 3 blocks away. Cold AC. Comfortable beds. Blackout curtains. Would definitely stay again!!!!
We stayed at this hotel 2 nights - the night before leaving to the Guna Yala (San Blas Islands) and the night we returned back to Panama City, which was also the night before we flew back home. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated, and had a coffee maker. Check-in and check-out were easy - particularly the check-out as it only took a couple of minutes. Those working at the front desk were kind and helpful. They stored our luggage for free the two nights we were in the Guna Yala and gave us a "to go" breakfast while we waited for our 5:00 am transit to the islands. The pool is small but nice, with views of the bay. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant though we had a couple of drinks that were very good. It was fun to explore the neighborhood of San Fransisco and we ate at a couple of restaurants within 2-3 blocks of the hotel (there are many to choose from). The included breakfast is very good. We took an Uber to the Metropolitan Park for about $5 and an Uber to the airport, which is approximately 20 minutes away, for about $10. Nice central location. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a nice place to stay as a stepping-off point for other adventures, or going to the airport.…
Passing trough hotel but restaurant only with limited options and looks like they take food from the multiplex mall fast food...only frozen meet, bo taste and morning time no coffee machine available. If room toward street little noise for sensible peoples. Good position nearby the multiplex... Room and services ok.
Carlitos from front desk received us very nicely And with a an amazing attitude. He was friendly and helpful. When you walk in into the hotel it is great to see Carlos, receiving you with a smile on his face. Thank you Carlos, you made our stay greater. Will definitely recommend the hotel.
