Amazing rooms with feather's mattresses, sleeping here is one of the best resting experiences on earth.
Rooms are big and terribly comfortable, breakfast is hearty and delicious, it included a handful of tasty options, the hotel has a beautiful heated pool which is very well designed for swimmers and resters.
The gym is very good, it has a trainer that can lead your session for your safety and health and the machines are modern.
The sauna baths, jacuzzi area and Turkish baths are unpolluted, the hair saloon is conveniently located on the ground floor and its prices are very affordable.
The restaurant is great for dining and winning.
The hotel staff is pretty gentle and they work hard to ensure your stay reaches the best experience, every time I asked for a taxi the front desk got it for us very quickly, the taxi drivers were very friendly and helpful.
On our next stay I will make sure to stay there for longer in order to experience more of its great infrastructure and amenities!

I stayed 6 nights in this nice hotel. Located in a privileged area in Panamá City, the hotel is only a 5-minute walk from one of the nicest malls in the city. Besides, the neighborhood offers nice restaurants at a short walking distance. Although located in front of a busy street, the soundproof walls protect your calm sleep. You can count on the hotel facilities, such as the breakfast buffet, a gym and a small pool (there could be a bar near the pool!). The staff is nice and always ready to help. Very clean and well maintained, there is a coffee machine in your room with coffee and cream at your disposal. As a final touch, the hotel offers you a bottle of water, which is free of charge and replaced every single day, as well as the bathroom kits.

We stayed only 1 night here on our way to our resort destination for a Panama vacation. The hotel is close to everything, the beach, super mercado and multi plaza mall and an 8 minute Uber ride to old Panama. The rooms are clean, spacious ,laminate floors which we find a huge bonus over carpet and the beds and pillows fantastic. It also has the Fontanella restaurant where you can get a very nice meal and where the complimentary breakfast buffet takes place which also is well above average , also boasting a full bar that's open until 10 :30 PM and Richie makes killer carajillo's The best part of all of this that you get all of this for about a 100 bucks on a weekday, for this level of hotel and amenities you'd be paying 3 or 4 times as much back home.

My family and I made a getaway from it all trip . The Staff Front Desk' Carlos enabled us to check in early at 9 a.m at a cost of 49USD. It did take a very long wait though,before we got a Room.. During our 5 night stay Erika our Room attendant was lovely and very friendly. Check out with Eduardo was smooth and fast Breakfast buffet was really good..We enjoyed the local dishes and the fruits. The location was perfect with Múltiplex Plaza and eating places a short walk away. We felt safe to was around,taxis are easily available at the front and we thoroughly enjoyed our Panamá stay. We will be back most of all due to the amazing staff who even allowed my daughter to do her tiktok .

This hotel Ramada plaza Punta Pacifica i panama is the worst service I have experienced in my life. The owner kicked us out of the hotel because we ate some seafood from the local seafood market Mercado del Moriscos in panama. I asked permission from the restaurant manager before bringing the food inside. She agreed as long as my friend will buy few bottles of wine. My friend said he will buy few bottles of wine from the restaurant. The owner saw us eat and asked us to pay $75 surcharge. We agreed to pay and then he told the manager to kick us out of the restaurant and the hotel. They kicked us out me and our 4 friends from the hotel. This is the worst experience I have had in panama. He charged us $105 for the wine and $75 for eating at the hotel. This owner of the hotel Ramada Punta is a disgrace to the people of panama. I am not coming to panama any more. Hopefully no one stays there at this hotel. Honestly the hotel owner does not like people of different race. He was very angry with us for no reason.

We booked this hotel for it's location between the airport and downtown for two nights, and because it was supposed to have a shuttle service to the airport. We took a taxi which was approximately $30 ( 2 persons with luggage). The rooms were very clean and quiet. The Bed was very comfortable. Receptionist Carlos was very helpful and kind. Close to the hotel are some nice restaurants. Breakfast was very good.

Great customer service The staff there was extremely kind and welcoming, especially Rafael. They were very accommodating with our luggage and helped us out so much during our stay. Every time I came in and out of my room, there was someone cleaning and it gave me a piece of mind that I was staying in a clean place!

The visit started right: My plane was way early, so I sat in the lobby; the desk clerk later brought my room key to me. I love hotel breakfasts that don't have only typical US eggs, etc... this one had that but also had platanos fritos, rice and beans, and more. It was all delicious.
The problems were in my room. The most irritating were three notices (see photos) warning me that I'd be charged for various things -- for instance, bringing a towel from the pool to my room or taking the iron home with me. (I expect that at a cheap hotel, not at one of the top hotels in Panama City.) The tall window had a crack from top to bottom, which made me nervous that the high wind during the thunderstorm might break it... probably not, but even an obvious patch would have been better than (apparently) nothing.

Very nice spacious room, comfortable, clean and the bathroom with large size shower glass panel is perfect. The roof pool and gym are always clean and well organized with a view on the ocean. This hotel is 2 minutes walking distance from many restaurants serving diversified excellent food and about 10 minutes walking distance from the Multiplaza mall where you find everything from shopping to eating (this mall is the same as Aventura mall in Fllorida!).
Breakfast is healthy and very good offering different dishes. Staff is professionnal and always there to help. This is a family-owned hotel and it shows, you can be served in Spanish or English. My wife and I were here for business and we will be back for sure.

Honesty I don't know, but Panama is surrounded by water, I would not be surprised if one is near by. I was just there for only a few days, Uber service is active in Panama and honestly transportation service is very very cheap to get around.
There are more places to choose from in the Panama City area.
