Dreams Playa Bonita exceeded my expectations. Please look past the negative reviews. Staff was exceptional and friendly. Rooms are a bit outdated but very cleanly. Food was not the best which is expected at an all-inclusive but the food at Oceana was delicious, 5 stars. Zanchez made my preferred club experience the best I’ve ever had on vacation and even held me a birthday party in the lounge. Although there is not much nightlife, there is a club open from 11pm to 1am that is a great time for a group of friends.

I booked a night at Dreams Playa Bonita for my anniversary. The plan was to be able to rest, have a nice dinner and watch the eclipse on the beach and this hotel fulfilled (on paper) what we were looking for. Unfortunately the hotel has lowered its quality quite a bit, the food leaves much to be desired (We found a fly on the soup, literally) room service its a No-No, buffet has low quality and the French restaurant made us have a hard time at the entrance for not wearing elegant clothes (formal clothes for to be in a beach hotel!, who would say?). I am very grateful that they had the detail of labeling the door with a "Happy Anniversary" sign and placing a dessert and a generic bottle of sparkling wine. However, the service and quality in general doest not match the price.

Panama is a beautiful country but this resort fell a little short. The resort could definitely use some upgrades. If it storms the power goes out for hours. The staff were friendly but not always thorough when you have issues.

My stay at the Dreams playa Bonita Panama is one that will be remembered for a very long time. The location of it is just so stunning if could move there right now I would. I visited many areas in Panama doing my stay. The entire country itself is a tourist attraction.

Compared to other Dreams locations, Dreams Panama is the worst. We paid for a preferred suite, not worth the extra money. The hotel needs a complete remodel. the preferred pool has no pool side service, only one bar attendant. The cabana's have no shade. pool towels are old and worn.
