The staff is the highlight of everything PHENOMENAL. We had an event with more than 100 attendees that included quite complete logistics and the entire Marriott team, from the manager Ms. Fulvia Francis to the front desk and restaurant team, were extremely cordial, attended to our unforeseen events with the best spirit and were They took the trouble to learn our names.

I came to a young leaders event and the room was spacious and the food was very delicious. The breakfast is superior and the attention of Mr. Ramito at the buffet and was aware of everything. Hotel Marriott Panamá Allbrook Excellent hotel for facilities and location for shopping. A great success to have chosen this hotel located in the very heart of Allbrook Mall and opposite the airport of the same name. Our trip to Panama led us to use this airport so its proximity to the hotel greatly shortened transfer times. It is also close to the canal, so for the visitor who wants to know this tremendous work of modern engineering, it is ideal. The hotel facilities are truly magnificent, both the rooms, as well as the lobby and restaurants, combined with convenient internal access to the immense shopping, make it the ideal hotel for those who are passing through the city and want to optimize their times receiving excellent service. At the level of a 5* in terms of rooms, services and breakfast, the hotel gave us a spectacular stay whose only discordant note was the very slow check in, which being a group, lasted more than 40 minutes although there were 4 people attending reception and one more coming and going, all the time they consulted each other about the procedure and delayed as if it was their first day of work and for worse, the only official who seemed to know what to do, they took it and sent it away. What in all the hotels we stayed those days lasted 15', in this hotel took 45'. Perhaps it would be good to review the check-in procedure or better train officials because from what we could see, it takes a long time with each person. We didn't get in the pool on the top floor as it rained constantly while we were there. Breakfast deserves applause standing up, fantastic!!! Everything you should have breakfast and more. The variety of things makes it unnecessary to describe it but highlighted some points that I consider of special note: the cream cheese coated in nuts, the exquisite bread, the variety of fruits, the freshly made natural juices, including a detox, the permanent attention of the waiters with the hot drinks, deserve special mention, the only skinny point was the omelette that was not tasty. This is by far one of my most favorite Marriott properties. I try to always include a stopover to get that Marriott-Panama-Albrook Mall vibe. We were greeted by Ms. Yira, the most award winning employee ever. What an awesome customer service experience, She has the gift of creating the Marriott experience from her first welcome, greeting you by name and acknowledging your status to providing whatever she is empowered to provide and will not hesitate to escalate a request to her Manager in an effort to ensure your state meets all of your expectations. Kudos to you Ms. Yira, the travel industry would benefit from your level of concierge service, I hope she is highly recognized by the company.
I usually travel alone and book a King but this time I was with my Sister/Friend and I immediately noticed the room was not of the superior quality I had grown to appreciate. I booked a three night stay but by day two I had to ask what was going on with the room’s quality. This time I did speak with the Concierge, Diana, about traveling to a resort and ai mentioned my disappointment. She was fantastic. She not only assisted me with my travel arrangements she guided me the process of ensuring that my stay met and exceeded my expectations.
The breakfast buffet is awesome especially if you enjoy fresh baked bread and pastry, there you will meet Michelle, Michele E and Franki among the staff of attentive hosts that make you forget it is a buffet! Awesome Experience. The Manager, Guillermo has done a superb job in ensuring that this Marriott property provides not just a hotel experience that I am accustomed to by Marriott but also the individual Guest Services and special perks that make me travel to Albrook Marriott, even when it is not my destination. Our stay at Marriott Panama was truly an exceptional stay. We were graciously given early check in which was a treat for us as we had been up and traveling for over 10hours. Checking in was easy and smooth with the exceptional assistance of Ashley at the front desk, she spoke fluent English and was able to answer all our queries about the location, and was wonderful in recognizing that it was my birthday. Ashley made it feel even more special when I received a birthday treat in my room, a small gesture that me truly feel welcomed!. The rooftop pool and bar which was also enjoyed by my husband and I was very relaxing and inviting after days of touring and walking. Breakfast buffet was an absolute delight, served hot every morning and quite a variety, we'll enjoyed. I would highly recommend this hotel, location, close enough to everything and surrounded by the Albrook mall was an added pleasure with hundreds of stores and a variety of food establishments both local and American. We have traveled many places around the world and in the past few years, we stay almost exclusively at a Marriott. On this trip we chose the Marriott Panama and we had an absolutely amazing experience. It started at check-in when we were greeted by Alesia. This was our first trip to Panama and Alesia provided a very detailed overview of the hotel, restaurants, mall, and my Bonvoy points. Quite frankly, it was the most detailed briefing I have received upon check-in at any hotel. In most cases, the customer service representative at the front desk just assigns your room and gets you moving out of the way, and only answers questions that you ask. Alesia was so thorough we had no need to ask any additional questions and we deeply appreciated her thoroughness and genuine customer-focused attitude (and this continued throughout the week whenever we had occasion to go to or pass by the front desk and she was on call. Additionally, the breakfast every morning was excellent and two servers of note: Katherine and Catherine (not a typo) - both were very helpful and genuinely kind. The gentlemen at the front entrance were also very cordial and professional whether it was getting us in and out of Ubers, assisting with bags, etc. The hotel was always clean and we had zero complaints throughout the week. This is definitely one of Marriott's BEST!

Breakfast can be included in a package when making reservations. However, I chose a stay without breakfast so that I can explore different breakfast places and cafes.
They even have a cafe downstairs with some of the best tasting coffee and breakfast items.
If you choose to stay without the breakfast included and then decide to try it on one of your days, you can just pay for it at that point in time. Hope this helps. :)
