We booked a king room for 3 nights which was big and very nice but we needed more room for clothes etc. I went to the front desk and asked Christian if we could pay to upgrade to the king suite. Christian asked if we would like to see the suite first and took us there. It was huge and well appointed and we said that we would like it. We all went back to the front desk and when we asked for the price increase Christian informed us that there would be no extra charge and to enjoy our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom had double sinks and a whirlpool tub. Furniture was top notch and there were 2 flat screen tv's. Huge thanks to Christian for making our stay exceptional.

When we arrived from Honduras, there was one front desk attendant with a line of 3-4 people waiting to be checked in. While waiting, we saw a handful of other staff members who also worked the desk look at their phones and continue walking by. We were given a double room that was still OCCUPIED - we noticed the beds had been sat on, shoes and luggage were in the room! What if this had been our room? While we were provided another room, again upon arrival the door leading to the pool was open?! The door never secured properly. Shower drained only AFTER completing shower. Phone in the room never worked even though we informed them of it. Had to walk to the front desk for any issue. And to request anything - an extra towel, a roll of toilet paper - took HOURS to get. The breakfast was nothing to rave about. Most hot dishes were not even warm when you served yourself.

The hotel is three stars. It is big and the days I was there it was full of passengers because they coincided with national holidays. They assigned me a room on the 7th floor that had an air conditioning unit inside the closet that made continuous noises. The area in which it is located is not very nice and they do not recommend that tourists walk nearby at night. You always have to go by car or use Uber. Breakfast is good, unpretentious. We had dinner one night in the hotel restaurant, it has a buffet and offers a la carte service. The food was not bad and the prices are adequate, but cockroaches were walking on our table and on the adjoining wall... If I return to Panama I will not stay at this hotel.

The experience at the hotel was very good, the person's attention is excellent, always willing to collaborate. The facilities have safety dishes, views of the city. We had the opportunity to experience the event rooms, which are spacious, equipped with good display systems and the furniture is perfect for events. The gourmet experience is excellent, breakfast covers the different expectations of diners, fruit, varied typical foods, eggs to taste, bakery products, etc.

In advance we ask the hotel to check in before 3 pm since we arrive at 1 pm. They didn't take our order. So we had to wait 2 hours in the lobby. There was a place to sit and everything, but we wanted to have lunch and we had to go out with the rain, as there was a storm that day.

If you value your health and safety DO NOT use this Hotel. Condescending staff, old furniture black mold in room and roaches what else can I say. Pictures of rooms are deceiving and services promised not available. We where offered a room with refrigerator for example, I arrived to a big room no refrigerator and an open moldy air vent that later was covered by an employee that used his room key to enter with out waiting for me to ok him coming in. When I expressed concerns to staff at front desk they thought it was funny said they would correct issues but this did not happen. The front desk person laughed and said “ We will fix this and hey so and so make sure you do this” this person laugh also and said sure, again no one at this time corrected the problems. I was moved to another room on day 2. In the morning I went to the lobby again to report mold issues etc. I was reassured that it would be taken care of. I left with my family to go around the area. I returned at 1:30 pm The mold smell was over whelming as i entered the room i had to use a mask to breath and not cough. Called the front desk again and asked when would they come she answered “we will be there’” I then asked but when she only said soon. It was not until a maid passed by my open door and called her manager that I was after several calls to the front desk offered another room. Staff apologized because they where to full and they put us in rooms that had not been used for a long time. Not a good excuse in my opinion.

We offer the transportation service from the airport to our hotel, which would cost USD $ 35 and from the hotel to the airport USD $ 30, both trips would be for two people, from the 3rd person there would be an extra charge of USD $ 10 per additional person, payment could be made in cash to the driver or by credit card at the time of arrival at the hotel reception.
