This hotel is close to the entrance to the Panama Canal. Excellent views. Also, close to a walkway along the canal entrance. Not the fanciest hotel, but clean and functional. The staff is amazing. Ask for anything and it will be provided promptly and cheerfully. Actually, they will probably ask you is you need anything before you can even ask. If you want to see the Canal from a pleasant and friendly location, you could not do better.

Hotel's Favourite
Situated almost underneath the Bridge of the Americas and right alongside where the Pacific meets the Panama Canal, we had jaw-dropping views from the balcony of tankers and container ships passing by. The MarineTraffic app told us all about them. Our room had a separate seating area with fridge and microwave but was badly in need of paint and minor repairs. The pool was large - it needed to be on Christmas Day when 40 children were playing in it though much quieter when families had gone home. The food was just about acceptable. Better to take a cheap taxi to the seafood restaurants on the causeway islands.

If you want to rest, work or enjoy in a quiet place in Panamá this is the best place. It's located near to Las Américas bridge in a property sorrounded by lot of trees, It's clean, quiet, next to the convention center.

The room was perfect for my needs , the TGIF connected to the hotel was a huge convenience , the location to Canal House or Yacht Club is great . I would say that the staff could look at you and speak to you when they see you , mostly just the front desk , the housekeeping staff I ran into were very nice .

This hotel seems to has left its glory days in the past. Probably it passed through an effort to be modernized, but modernizing something designed to be old school could not go well. Air con, ice machine and other equipments make this hotel very noisy. Walls are thin, and I was woken by my neighbour snoring in the next room. Although the staff is nice and rooms are good size, I would not recommend it for those looking for a good sleepnight.

Very nice hotel, clean, with helpful staff - it is up to the Radisson standards. Being a tourist, I enjoyed the location. I could watch the canal and big ships. Also, after I bought some local tours going Gamboa direction (from operators not associated with the hotel), I was picked up last and dropped off first, which was convenient.

The accommodation is fine and in line with Radisson internationally. The food and service is, respectively, awful and terrible. No room service, the attached TGI Fridays understaffed, the "restaurant" serves microwaved undercooked pizzas...8 usd snarly sandwiches in the bar..yuk..

Fabulous location right on the Pacific with all the marine traffic right off your balcony. The Amador causeway and Discovery Museum are within walking distance. Easy access from Allbrook airport. Close to Casco Viejo and not too far from Miraflores Lochs. Many pelicans and we even saw a Toucan. The swimming pool is great too!

First impression of the hotel was good. The foyer and surrounding areas looked okay. The pool area is old but also okay, but we never swam there. However, the room was a disaster. It is very dated and could use a refresh, especially the bathroom which has seen its best days. The mirror looks like it's hanging in a dirty workshop. The room smelled of damp earth cellar and as one of us has asthma something needed to be done. We had to borrow an ionizer to have in the room. It was very old and made a lot of noise and it was not helped by the outdated A/C starting every now and then with a loud noise. There was not much sleep the two nights we were at the hotel. It didn't get any better if the manager taught us to keep the balcony door open. (We had turned off the AC, so there was no reason.) It sounded to him like we created the mold……
