From the time you enter this magnificent hotel, the lobby alone will captivate you. Check-in was fast & efficient. Our suite's purple decor was beautiful. The bathroom is a room to it's own (literally & figuratively speaking). The morning Breakfast is a must see & taste experience. The pool area even has a concierge to assist you with your needs making your poolside dining experience as memorable as well. Inside the Studio 50 bar lounge offers great food & drinks. Visiting from the U.S (ATL), the 2-for-1 happy hour drinks & 50 cent wings aren't something marketing probably considered lol. The evening entertainment was hard to leave so the Sushi bar makes it easier to stay & enjoy along with the ambiance. The RIU Hotel brand never disappoints.

The staff made this hotel awesome! They were extremely helpful and catered to our every need. They help personalize the experience and were very friendly. Envy, at the front desk made our birthdays special. The concierge Frank is a great as well! Breakfast was pretty good as well. I wish the pool was a rooftop setting instead but it is what it is. I’d definitely stay here again!

If you’re a single person who is expecting to be able to entertain in your hotel room, this is not the hotel you want to chose when you are in Panama. I have a hotel suit, and I not allowed to take friends upstairs. I was told I had to pay $80 per person to come up to my suit. So if you’re single and want to have friends over or have a date, be prepared to spend $80 bucks for each person, on every occasion that they want to visit your room.

Great place, a bit dated, fantastic staff - quick and understandable. I’ve traveled through Asia, Europe n USA, the breakfast bar was Ah MAZING. Seriously wide selection, fresh fruit, meats, cereals, dairy, eggs every way I have ever seen them. In summary, great location, decent hotel, fantastic breakfast!

On arrival the welcome was great, the staff were amazing. Even though I didn't speak Spanish I felt at home. I would recommend any and everybody to visit this hotel. The was also amazing the bar service was great.
