We initially booked this hotel as a stop off on a drive from Bulgaria to Croatia, it was so nice we went back there on the way back and are planning to revisit in a few weeks time on our way home. The rooms are lovely, spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming and there is a restaurant which has a very good menu at good prices. There is a lot of parking space on site. The hotel is very close to Avala Hill which is worth a visit. The wifi is very good, as was the breakfast.

This place is nice and location is really good. But you dont feel welcomed, this has happened few times. Unfortunately recenty, we entered the restaurant and we could not find the seat. Once we did, they said it was reserved, they dont serve food inside and they just left us standing. Is this a way to welcome quests? If you mind the service, this is not place for you.

Hotel with a restaurant and a playground for kids. Food is very good but be patient....it'll take some time while you get it. Luckily if you have kids, don't worry - there is a big playground for them...for very young kids but also for some older, too.
Food is very delicious and prices are decent. Also, there is a parking space.

Went 2 times, and will avoid in the future. Food is okay, but the staff is very unpleasant, like they hate working there. Second time I went it was pretty crowded, and one question "is there a table for two" was met with very rude answer.
Avoid, there are a lot of places nearby where service is way better and they treat guests with respect.

Nice atmosphere and surroundings, big children's playground, great food. But if you are in group with 15+ people prepare to be robbed. You will pay for things that you haven't ordered or consumed. Too bad for such nice place.

We were coming to 1000 Ruza place every once in a while for a lovely family lunch.
Unfortunately on our last visit everything changed. Prices increased significantly. Service turned for worse. And they even started charging if your kids play in hotels playground, even if you are dining there.. such a pity that they ruined such a nice place.

Nice Hotel, rooms are neat and clean, reception staffs are very polite. Great Breakfast menus, They have a good Children's park and a Garden.
Only bad thing is that they don't have a lift. So better to get a room at the Level 1.

The hotel is great, very clean, modern. Has got beautiful grounds, great play area for children. The only issue was we didn't get a room we booked but still payed the price of deluxe room we've booked.
Food in the restaurant is very tasty.

We are regular guests of hotel's restaurant. The place (restaurant) is spacious. The restaurant's exterior (summer garden) is beautiful with lots of greenery, big old pine trees and children's playground. There is a big free-of-charge parking lot for both restaurant and hotel's guests which is a big plus. The interior of restaurant is nice, typical for a hotel restaurant. WC is downstairs, clean and tidy. As many people have already noticed, service is not that good. It really depends on day - more guests = less quality service. Once, there was a wedding there and we were waiting for 40min. before we just left because there was no one willing to take our order! Unbelievable. As for food, it was always of standard quality, tasty and plentiful. We recommend Karadjordjeva steak, salads, baked beans (prebranac), pumpkin potage (creamy soup), home made bread, peppers filled with cheese. There is no mistake there. This restaurant is a bit expensive for average Serbian guest but very affordable for foreigners. It would be great place only if it had more of motivated staff.
