I had recently had two groups booked in this small and cosy 4 star hotel, in Zagreb. Both groups (40 and 50 people) were artist on their tour through Croatia, and have highly praised their stay here, thus I am sharing their feedback. First of all, the hotel is located in Sesvete, which is a quiet neighbourhood, some 20 minutes’ drive from Zagreb city centre. It is convenient for people travelling by car or as a part of the tour group.
The hotel, though not new, is exceptionally well maintained, and very clean, with restaurant and other facilities. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. It does have a feel of a small private hotel.
The stuff working in the hotel is equally nice and very attentive. Groups had no time for dinners, but have enjoyed 2 big buffet breakfasts, which were also very generous. Given the fact that hotel has many different kinds of rooms, it is highly recommended for couples and families as well.
Many thanks to the Manager, for extending her personal welcome to our groups.

We were here for a few days and all in all in was satisfying. The food was ok, depending from evening to evening, breakfast great, but Coffee and juice horrible. Hotel also has a little wellness with sauna and two whirpools which are nice and not very crowded. Personnel are nice but we had a waiter who was a little arrogant so that was unfortunate. Rooms comftorable, bed - too soft - sore back. Also, everything was clean, so all in all, we were pleased with our stay.

The hotel was very nice and the staff very accommodating. I arrived very late (it is specified that the desk closes at 10pm) due to flight delays and they opened up no problem at all, and every request I had they more than sorted. I really enjoyed the stay, and while the location is in a business district, I would highly recommend the hotel.

Well first of all, because we traveled by car and we know that we will arrive late,we call to inform that we will check in very late ,about 1,2 o clock morning. We got an answer that s nobody there at reception(because of corona, worst reason )and that they will leave the key outside under a brick and search on reception some paper complet them and leave it at desk.
Well at 1 o clock we arrive and we had to play find the object(respective )room card that was under a stone on front of hotel,we went to the room where i give 5 stars for cleaning, but dissapointed because the dutty stuffs(tooth brush, ears cottons and pads )was not and shower gel bottle was almost empty .The water at bathroom was not hot so i had to hurry up to shower. In morning ,because we were ro tired to write what receptioner have to write ,we got phoned at 8 o clock to woke up and bring this paper!that s not respectfull first for costumer,to disturb me at this hour and breackfast very smal!Sorry worst hotel management!

You might think 5 km from Zagreb is close. It's not. This is in a farming village in the middle of nowhere. The hotel is half-built, the parking lot back entrance is seriously scary. Unlit, unfinished, smelling of mold, covered in bees' nests. A disaster. The rooms are a little better, but cheaply don and sure not to last until they are done with the construction. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. When we pulled up, I though they had to be kidding. What they advertise on Expedia looks nothing like this scary place.

I selected these hotel because of their "most romantic hotel in Croatia" motto. I wanted to suprise my husband with romantic getaway,so I booked a romantic room with romantic decor in this hotel via their website. We got there and the recepcionist said that he doesn`t have our reservartions. I got really suprised because I had reservation confirm code on mail, but they said that it obviously came to some kind of error in there system??!!! That can not happen in one hotel with four stars!!! they apologized to us many times, but that was it.My suprise was ruined. They offered us a superior room with discount as apology ,but that was not good enough for ruined suprise. After all very disappointed and will definitely never come here again!

Modernistic and stylish rooms are very much tight and dysfunctional. Too expensive for what they offering. Bar lounge is very unpleasantly set in lobby. Restaurant doesn’t have much to offer, half the items on the menu are never available, low quality breakfast, terrible lunch and dinner. Food is low in quality, staff very amateurish, ignorant and not helpful at all. Hotel owner/director never greets guests but tend to be guest himself in the restaurant regularly. He seems as very rude and full of himself. Strange place – definitely not coming back – not recommending it either.

Hi, how far away is the hotel from the city (Zagreb)? Can you get there by bus or so? Thanks :)
Answer from Hotel P
Zagreb, Croatia3 contributions
We suggest you use the bus and the city rail. In front of our hotel is a bus stop, bus number 278 to train you only need 2 minutes, and you are still in the city center and at the main train station in just 12 minutes! In front of the hotel there is a bus stop no. 269 driving to the Boronga and Dubec terminals. Check the bus number for the hotel reception!
