I stayed with friends in four different rooms from 26th of may 2021 until 1st of june 2021. We paid the price in full at check in. The staff was not friendly from day one. Now at check out they are asking us to pay more. I called from my room to check what was the issue and Olena, the manager on duty, answered saying the lady at check in made a mistake. So i said to her as the manager on duty you have the authority to fix the issue. If i was the one making the mistake I will fix it and pay for it. She got upset and hung up the phone without saying a word. If the phone was disconnected she could have called but the phone was rudely closed in the middle of the conversation. Also, the plastic white tray that holds tea and sugar in the room was dusty and had dirt and small hairs inside it under the tea. The glass next to the wash basin had a long hair under it. I accepted the room because I was expecting nothing from this hotel and yet I was disappointed. You are better off to go pay double the price in another hotel and be treated like a human than coming here. Also check google reviews, people have been complaining about the staff there too.…

I recommend this accommodation to any kind of stay. Kind and helpful staff, clean (not only the rooms but also the common areas), cosy and comfortable hotel, at a very convenient location. 24 hour restaurant and some useful facilities like jacuzzi and sauna.

First stay for us in Minsk. This hotel is clean and comfortable and good value. Excellent location for exploring the city. The reception staff were helpful and spoke good English. They organised taxis and bike hire. The pool area is small and not for real fitness fanatics. The sauna was good. Breakfast buffet style plentiful but basic local cuisine. Nothing fancy. Continental pastries and good coffee. Would definitely return.

Pros: 1. The hotel location is great - in very center of the city. 2. The staff is helpful and not annoying. 3. The facilities are in good condition (the main marker for me was the shower cabin - it didn't leak). 3. They were able to organize early check-in for me. 4. They have a restaurant within the hotel (you do not need to search for your meal around when you are out of time). 5. There is a transfer service (it costs more than a city taxi service but you can be sure it will be there anyway). 6. The decoration of the hotel is great. Cons: Actually all was great.

I have recently returned from a 4-night stay at Boutique Buta Hotel with my other half. We were anxious that we might struggle to communicate with staff but their English was very good. Our every need was taken care of during our stay, and always efficiently. The staff on reception and in the restaurant were very helpful. One of the cleaners who we met was also very nice. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as we had a number of trips planned which involved early starts. At $18pp I am not sure it would have been good value anyway as there are a number of places in the local area which offer a much more reasonably priced breakfast, though we had to go to McDonald’s one morning for breakfast as it was the only place nearby which was open at 7am. Our room on the top floor was well sized, luxurious and very comfortable. We had a view out over the city centre including the Piščalaŭski Castle prison which houses death row inmates! There is a small spa area in the basement of the hotel which includes some very limited gym equipment, a sauna, and a small heated swimming pool. The pool is not long enough to do any meaningful exercise in but it was nice to use after a cardio session on the cross trainer. The opening hours of the spa area are limited to a couple of hours in the morning and a couple of hours late afternoon/early evening. The hotel also houses a 24H casino, in which you will also find a currency exchange desk. There is a dress code for the casino (not terribly strict, just no sports gear I think) but even if you only want to go to the currency exchange you will need to adhere to such dress code. The hotel is well located, a short walk away from many of Minsk’s top tourist attractions. For anything slightly further afield, we used the metro which was really easy to navigate and very reasonably priced. We really enjoyed our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to return. …

Everything seems to be super-lux there: lobby, rooms, personal sets of cosmetics and staff seems to be polite and kind. If you don't go for a breakfast, then it is just fine. But if you want to spend 18 dollars for a very limited set of food regularly seen at 3* and below – then go for it.

Clean rooms and good enough breakfast. Located in a center, however not in a few steps from most of attractions. WiFi is working good (considering entire broadband access in Minsk). Its has own SPA center

I stayed in 3 different hotels in Minsk. This was by far the best. Clean and modern, attractive, everything worked, good location. The reception staff were helpful and polite. The guys on the door deserve particular credit. They seemed happy to step in and help reception with any problem or query, and went out of their way to help.
