The Renaissance Hotel in Minsk is a great place to stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated, and the amenities are top-notch. I really appreciated the added touches like complimentary breakfast and the access to the gym. I also enjoyed the convenient location which allowed me to explore the city and its attractions. Highly recommend – five stars!

Had a great stay in the Renaissance Minsk, staff was overall very helpful and accommodating on all request. High Level of service and genuinely friendly team. Would definitely stay here again. Rooms and facilities are received and well maintained. Location is good.

This hotel certainly demonstrates a high level of attention-to-detail in every way. Extremely friendly and courteous staff that goes above-and-beyond, however unfortunately it would be impossible to list all the names of the staff that well exceeded our expectations. The food was high quality and exceptional as well as the food service staff. Check-in was extremely easy thanks to the friendliness of the front desk staff that allowed us an early check-in on arrival (kindly note that this benefit is not always available). Everything at the hotel is clean and well maintained. The pool and associated amenities are among the best that we have experienced in any hotel; relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable. The hotel is well situated within close proximity to many attractions including the large and impeccably clean Minsk Aqua Park. The rooms are spacious and house keeping staff very accommodating. The price is extremely affordable in comparison to other more expensive hotels that don't measure up to this hotel's level (and we have stayed in many hotels around the world). We would highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Minsk for either business or pleasure!…

Everything about this hotel is great. The rooms are modern and clean. The staff is friendly and willing to help you with whatever you need. The restaurant, pool, fitness center, and spa is also excellent. I am a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite member and the executive lounge is something that is very important for me. The food in the lounge and lounge itself was wonderful and well maintained. I really enjoyed visiting the lounge each evening. The one person who made my stay truly special was Emma in the executive lounge. She is a great person and really made me feel at home during my 10 night stay in Minsk. I enjoyed seeing her/talking to her each evening and she made sure that I had everything I needed. I will never stay anywhere else when I come back to this city.

My stay was just brilliant !! Even in this hard corona time I always felt safe in the hotel ! The hotel is good situated only 4 stops away from center ! Swimming pool and sauna super ! I come here always also because of the helpful staff ! Always nice and friendly! I will come back for sure as already so many times !!!!

This is an excellent choice for your stay in Minsk Belarus. it is not right in the centre but easily accessible and taxis are cheap if you get them from the hotel. The rooms are big and well furnished. it is also good for business meetings.

Horrible hotel! Even with lowered expectations being in Minsk. Marriot titanium member and the other property that I love was not available unfortunately. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Poorly managed, staff doesn't have the ability or permission for independent thought. Management is unprofessional and has no idea they are in the hospitality business. Too many problems. I would be more happy sleeping in the public park then ever coming back here. There is a much better choice to stay in Minsk. I will avoid this nightmare.

I stayed here with my girlfriend for about 5 days. Since I'm swedish and the hotel is expensive I had alot of expectations. Upon arriving I liked what I saw, the staff was nice and everything was clean. But one thing that kinda ruined my whole experience, and why I'm never returning to this place, is when we simply asked for a fork and knife (because we wanted to eat our dinner at our room) and they said no. After that I realised how the personnel simply works, and aren't intrested at all into making your trip a good experience. I hope that fork and knife was worth it, never returning here. Regards

I would like to recognise MR. Dimitri at the reception and his colleague vitaly at the restaurant for their hospitality and kindness. I ve been blowed out by the excellent service they provide, specially that they have been so helpful when it comes to the language as I speak only English. They have been also very patient with me to attend all my needs and make my experience special. I recommend this hotel to everyone, beside the amazing staff working there, the hotel it self is immaculate, rooms very clean, interior pool with a relaxing atmosphere, restaurant with a nice selection of food.
