Efficient, friendly, safe and honest service. The main square is a short walk from the hotel. Take a city tour and learn all about the Incan culture. Visit Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. Awesome week that we spent there.

The hotel was booked for us as part of the tour. The first room was large enough, but the mini fridge was not fully stocked. I informed the staff as I didn’t want to incur extra charges. No problem. Breakfast was a buffet which my wife enjoyed. Coca leaves around if required! We

Midori Hotel is located in a prime part of downtown Cuzco with easy walking to restaurants, shops, museums, etc. The staff was incredibly helpful, and many spoke some English. It is a fairly good jumping off spot of Machu Picchu, but you will have to spend an entire day getting

Room for three. Spacious with sofa and chairs.
Yes, book your hotel in Aguas Calientes, Peru. Hotel Waman(5☆) is near the train station. Travel light because all the hotels are on steep hills. There are NO taxis to any hotel

Hi, We caught the train in Ollantaytambo, half way to Machu Picchu from Cusco, not in Cusco itself, so I'm afraid I can't help. Sorry!

Hi, We went in April, and took a mix of lightweight and heavyweight clothes because we were unsure of the weather (light shirts, thick pullovers, anoraks and light rainproof jackets to mix as appropriate). Breakfasts at the hotel were very good - a mix of cold and hot food. I don't know how much we paid for the train journey to Macchu Pichu, since ours was an all-inclusive holiday, but I believe it is quite expensive. We went by coach from the hotel and caught the train at Ollantaytambo. We spent the night in a hotel at Aguas Calientes near Machu Picchu so that we would have the whole day at Machu Picchu. I think the journey from the hotel to the airport took about 30 minutes. Hope this helps.
