We stayed here with our two girls aged 9 & 6 and we had a great time!

Check in was seamless and smooth, during the usual form filling process the children were given balloons, chocolates and ice cream to keep them entertained which was a great touch!

We had a family room which was actually two interconnecting rooms, they weren't huge but plenty big enough for our 3 night stay, we particularly like the filtered drinking water tap which we found really useful for filling up our water bottles before heading out for the day.

The multiple pools were excellent and the girls had hours of fun in them!

Location is good and only a few minutes walk to the to Imbiah monorail stop then it's only one stop to the Beach station and one stop in the other direction to Resort Worlds. Both the beach and Resort Worlds are also within easy walking distance.

The only food we had in the hotel was breakfast, this was excellent and plentiful although the egg station was a little slow at times.

All in all a fantastic stay and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend the hotel to friends and family. We would also stay here again the next time we are in Sentosa.

We booked a staycation at the Sentosa Village hotel after reading the positive reviews and are glad that we made a great choice.

The check in process went smoothly. The hotel staff who checked us in at the reception was awesome, Amitpal was super friendly and upgraded us to a family room. He also personally made sure that my child got her personalized kids bathrobe the next day despite being off duty that day. The complimentary tickets to the wings of time attractions were also very much welcome. Loved the free ice cream and popcorn at the lobby area, which was popular both among the kids as well as the adults!

The rooms were a little small but well equipped and the filtered water from the tap was very eco friendly. The hotel was very thoughtful by installing Hansgrohe shower fittings and automatic Toto toilet for guests to use. The foldable 2 in 1 tv table top was also convenient (but a little too near to the tv).

We loved the many pools at the sentosa village hotel especially the one facing the sea, and we could see there were many guests who were enjoying themselves (like us) despite the covid19 situation. Glad that we made the choice to book the staycation and hope there will be many good hotel promos next time so we can come back again!

We booked an expensive suite in Amara sanctuary and when we walked into our room, both wife and I felt a haunted negative energy. despite trying to make it work, we eventually felt we couldn’t stay the night there to celebrate our wedding anniversary, especially not with young kids. Maybe it’s just that particular room but we both agreed we felt affected by an in explainable uneasiness.

So sadly, we urgently booked a room next door at the village Sentosa by Far East hospitality and in retrospect, we felt it was such a blessing in disguise. We had such a positive, personal and warm welcome at the reception, kudos to receptionist, Thrivi. she was such a joy and took time to find out we were celebrating our anniversary and gave us a gracious room upgrade with a great sea view. she even went to the back and blessed us with a little box of chocolates, so sweet and thoughtful. Grateful.

The twin bed room at village was smaller than our Amara sanctuary suite but it had such a positive energy and the modern Scandinavian with a pinch of teal interior design just spark joy for both of us. Most importantly, there was a sense of peace and calm for us to be our space of respite. i loved that there was a New Testament Bible at the side of the bed, we opened it and read a beautiful verse from the Book of ACTS and It really spoke to our hearts. Grateful to the people behind the Village for making available such softness of truth. Gentle and tasteful.

Also, have to commend their nice touch of pro active hospitality, they sent a rainbow sparkle cupcake with “congratulations” written in chocolate to our room for our wedding anniversary. Really made us smile. Thanks Thrivi!

We also have 3 kids and all under 5 years old, so the next morning, we brought the kids to the pool and it was just a great family experience that included water adventures in “rivers” and little water slides.

My oldest girl said Breakfast at native restaurant was the best ever she had and I personally felt it was a great spread of international food variety. Grateful!

Highly recommend this for young family staycations. Every child had a blast and my daughter didn’t want to leave the hotel after our stay had come to an end. Wife and I now declare it a special place and will definitely be coming back for more Staycation weekends. Thank you for saving our wedding anniversary staycation and we are grateful to have a Great Village experience. Perfectly what we needed.

We travelled as four adults, one of whom was in a wheelchair. All areas could accessed by wheelchair. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The two adjoining rooms were very clean and quiet. All the rooms have a Japanese toilet which keeps you and the toilet very clean.
We travelled when the corona virus (COVID-19) was spreading around the world (including Singapore) and we were very concerned about our 80 year old mother, however everywhere was sterilised and hand sanitises were always nearby.
The staff were enamoured with my mother (she is very cute) and treated all of us very well and with respect. They were smiling all the time and treated use with extreme kindness. They went the extra mile for us and made our holiday very enjoyable.
The hotel offered ice-cream every day and it is those little touches that make a big difference.
The hotel is in a good location with easy access to everywhere in Sentosa, by monorail or bus.
We will stay there again when we next go to Singapore.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel lobby, we were greeted warmly by hotel porter, Daniel, who then assisted us with our luggages and quickly putting my 3 kids at ease by getting them excited with ice cream. Yes, the hotel gives out free ice cream at the hotel lobby (1st win!) We were then directed to the temp screening and health declaration booth.

While the kids were enjoying their ice cream and waiting patiently for their balloons, one of the hotel staff struck a conversation with me. I asked her if we could use the pool while waiting to check in at 3pm. She then mentioned that she could assist me to check in earlier and she did! It was fast and swift check in! Thank you Angela!

We stayed at Village Hotel Sentosa for 2 nights and throughout our stay, Angela, who is the Asst Manager/Duty Manager, assisted us in whatever ways possible to ensure that it's all fuss free and seamless. This includes escorting me and my kids through only employee accessible shortcut every time we wanna head to the beach or the nearby Beach Station and also preparing a last minute surprise birthday set up for my girlfriend. The best part, she did it all with full genuineness and sincerity. Matter of fact, you can see these attributes in all the hotel staff that I came across. They are attentive, helpful and willing to render assistance without hesitation, even if it's probably not part of their work scope. From my observation, the hotel staff would quickly cover each other when one needs to attend to guests. It all seemed seamless despite the busy situation since it's the March sch holidays. Such a great teamwork!

Thanks to Angela, we got a room with a view. The room is not that spacious but comfortable. Best feature is definitely the filtered drinking water tap. Super convenient! The automated bidet, which cleanses the toilet bowl after each use is awesome too!

We definitely spent a lot of time in the pools. Whats not to love when you have 4 pools to choose from. The younger kids definitely love the children's pool that has 2 slides and the lazy river while the older ones love the adventure pool. I did not get a chance to swim/enjoy the Adult pool though, which was designed after Pamukkale, Turkey. (this calls for another visit soon!)

There are movie screenings by the pool every night too!

The only setback during my stay was the very late check in for my other room (I booked 2 family rooms) as the room was not ready. But the housekeeping team was quick to expedite the process and we were offered a late check out.

Checking out was a breeze as well. Our luggages were quickly brought down to the lobby and Angela once again assisted us with check out. I don't even need to approach the counter!

Overall, we had a memorable and fun stay at VHS, thanks to Angela and the rest of VHS staff. We will definitely come back to stay at VHS again.

Thank you and keep up the awesome work VHS!

Arrived early morning after a 13 hour flight from London Heathrow for a two day break before continuing on our way to Perth , Australia , ( 2 x adults and 2 children , ages 7 & 8 ).
Compliments to the hotel for affording us an early check in at 9am to our adjoining rooms , Double and Single with no extra charge .
The rooms while modern and new seem to lack substance providing very limited space combined with little area to store your suit cases or even hang your clothes .
While the ensuite bathroom offers a five star experience consisting of a self cleaning toilet and rain shower there is no actual sink in the bathroom or toilet area , this is located outside your bathroom and adjacent to the room entrance .
The kids loved the swimming pools but there is a serious lack of sun loungers / chairs to accommodate the volume of guests , also a lot of maintanance work going on , with staff even varnishing the decking area around 5 feet from someone trying to relax on their sunbed ?
There is a pool bar with swimming area overlooking the ocean however this is strictly an adult only area and considering 3/4 of the hotel would appear to have kids this leaves very limited options around the pool other than a camper van selling hot dogs and soft drinks .
Prices are high in the hotel but thankfully there is a 7/11 close by .
The hotel overall is ideally located at the gateway to Sentosa , a stone throw from Universal studios and all the major attractions including the beach walk to cafes / bars .
I would best describe the hotel as a contemporary mix of attempting to combine luxury with budget like new age accommodation ,for example vending machines in the corridors , tea and coffee , ice etc .
While I enjoyed the stay and the kids loved the pool I am not sure this sort of hotel really ticks the box for me ?
The Gym is good , although some music /tv would be good ?

Stayed here over Christmas period, 12 of us - 2 under 5 years, 4 between 10-17 and 6 adults. I felt the positives of this hotel was that it made a good base only. It was close to entrance of island and was thus 1) only $10 into Singapore via taxi 2) short 5 min walk to resort world, cable car and mono rail and Beach. It was nice to have some kids activities in the foyer season related. Otherwise the rest of what a hotel should be like was where our disappointment lay: 1) only 30 seats by family pool area for the ENTIRE hotel. 20 beanbags were also available, but for half our stay these were packed away, not sure why and only loud complaints got us 8 brought out. Consequently families were sitting on the ground, on brick walls and play equipment just so they didn’t have to stand. Really really shocking this was. 2) hopeless And overpriced service around pool area. We ended up having to buy our drinks and snacks from the 7-11 next door and bringing them to pool area. 3) rooms snug which is fine but zero storage made it difficult. There is an under sink cupboard which is crying out for a shelf which would help store clothes, otherwise it’s out of suitcase living.

So this hotel good if you stay for few days only and just want to dip in the pool rather than sit and socialise around it.

Booked a family room over the weekend for a staycation to celebrate our anniversary together with our 2 kids and made the right choice with this hotel.

Sufian took care of our check in with Shah and were absolutely helpful with our questions. Recommendations were also made by them to enjoy some of the hotel's facilities and island attractions and were all smiles throughout the conversation. To our pleasant surprise, we were also given a free upgrade for our room to a deluxe family room.

Rooms (interconnecting) were clean with a good view of the beach and sea, being on the top floor of the hotel. Efforts can be seen to move towards being echo-friendly with wheat toothbrush (not the plastic type) and having a distilled water outlet (no more plastic bottles!) for refilling our water. The swimming pool was Big and you can enjoy movie inside/by the pool when night comes! Hotel was also near the monorail and island shuttle buses, so getting round the island is really easy. It also provide a free shuttle service to vivocity.

Great place with good people with absolute great hospitality!

Just checked out and I think the hotel much be pretty much empty because of the corona virus hardly anyone there or anywhere else on Sentosa felt like we had the place to ourselves.

Because of this the staff seemed extra attentive, our two kids got free cuddly toys and personalized dressing robes. Guy behind the reception counter was really nice, didn't catch his name.

This hotel is all about the pools which are amazing, the adult only pool wasn't being enforced as there were so few people there which was handy as the kids loved that pool.

Rooms are nice but as others say they aren't huge but to be honest you aren't spending a huge amount of time in there, the bed is very comfy.

Hotel is a 5 minute walk to the monorail and 10 minute walk to universal studios, 1 stop to the beach.

We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel as though 40SGD was too much, would have been 100SGD for the 4 as the 4 year old would have been free, we went to the 7 11 opposite where we all had something and a coffee for 14SGD.

Didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment.

It's a really great family hotel with amazing pools, but if you want a large room for some reason this probably isn't the hotel for you.

We stayed in two deluxe rooms and they are connected because we have two adults and three kids. The 8 year old, me and my husband took the one with a double bed. The two girls 12 and 16 in the other with two queen size bed. We all feel comfy. There is no living room space to move around but considering you go to santosa not to stay in the room. Hope it helped

I do not think they have this option and i have been there. You can never actually have an extra bed placed anywhere. As it is there is hardly any free space where will the bed be placed. Even in family rooms the only things which adds are extra bathroom and an extra bed. There is still no free place to move freely.
