A relaxing paradise. Highly unusual, unique rooms, arrangements, setting and surroundings. Built out of cliff in jungle. Elevated views of ocean. With a private beach. Great restaurant, hundreds of feet above the ocean.
Thank you for Balinghai team. Your hotel is great. Even if I didn't stay at your hotel I came 2 times at your beach and restaurant. The view is unique. This is one of the few spots on Boracay island where you really feel in...More
This is the remedy to a busy and stressful world...ahhh. The experience is a bit rustic but you will not miss the modern conveniences like air conditioning, tv, telephone etc. We enjoyed the crickets songs and firefly show every night. When there is a need...More
Boracay unimagined. Balinghai is heaven for people visiting Boracay. Serene, Natural, Beautiful. I don't mind staying here for a long time! I can swim and snorkel all day! The native basket they use to deliver your food from the main kitchen is uniquely Balinghai.

This is totally not a clothing optional resort. I found that out the hard way, after reading the same review, and deciding to get out of my comfort zone to try something new, showing up, getting naked and getting flagged off the beach and told how many laws we were breaking. After a lot of investigation, the best we can figure out is that the website lists skinny dipping as an activity and apparently has no idea what that word means. A single nudist couple showed up, and took that to the extreme, and since it was the off season and no one else was there, the staff let them be. They then posted everywhere as though it WAS an actual nudist resort and the staff never corrected it. So like, if you go there and get naked it might lead to public humiliation.
