As a Platinum member of Accor, I am definitely able to enjoy all the benefits proposed. When I go into my (upgraded) room facing the Thamrin street, the welcome amenities are already there, completed with a warm note. The room is super cozy, I love the room ambience, especially the bathtub set-up. All I need is already in the room, extra pillows, pajama, bathrobe, coffee machine, etc. Then the lounge access benefits also a diamond. We can enjoy all-day refreshments from 12-6 PM at the 2nd floor executive lounge, then a mini-dinner at 6-8 PM. For welcome drink option also can be used in 3 different cafe / bar that they had which give me more options to enjoy. Regarding food, I really enjoy my breakfast, which have various option from traditional, western, even Japanese and Chinese food to delicate my tummy. The restaurant officer genuinely take you to your seat when arrived at the resto, so you don't have a difficulties finding the available table. Other facilities such as gym and pool also nice, modern, and in a very good condition. The highlight for me definitely the sauna, steam room, and also hot and cold jacuzzi. They will really relaxing and refresh my mind. Last but not least, I really appreciate the benefits that I got, even though I stayed with my Stay Plus benefit. I can consider this hotel as best Pullman hotel in Jakarta in terms of facilities, food quality and lounges. Definitely will comeback, hopefully in the near future. Cheers! Firstian.…

We book 2 superior rooms during the redhot promo for my family during weekend. As an accor platinum member I got one of the room upgraded. The upgraded room was very comfortable. If I am not mistaken according to the website it has area of 25 meter squares. The room got a good lighting and modern furniture.it really worth the price. The superior room unfortunately only has 21 meter square so it is quite cramped. The furniture seems forced to fit the small room. I feel there was not enough lighting and the air felt damp. it seems to be part of the old building. SInce it was located in other tower I couldnt stay close with my family. Next time I will skip the superior room and choose the other upgraded room. Breakfast was great and the service from the staff was excellent. The location across the Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia makes us easier to do shopping. The executive lounge offer a great place to have short break after whole day shopping and enjoy snack provided. The lounge also provide wine.…
