We booked this hotel for our pre wedding photo session. And the service started right as we parked the car. The man kindly guided us to which parking spot was the closest to the entrance, and he kindly helped us with our luggage. The concierge, Jennifer and Johann kindly us and their service was very sweet, polite and fast. They served us fresh juice and cookies as we waited for our room. Overall it's a fantastic stay and would definitely come back for another stay
Every aspect of my stay is beyond my expectation. Delightful with the most helpful staff!! From reception to the restaurant staff in Alice and Tom's. And most comfortable beds ever! Amazing location which is in the heart of Jakarta. Breathtaking view from the rooms. The most stunning infinity pool in Jakarta. What a wonderful experiences, it was so fantastic. I feel like home, they treated me so politely and very nice. Thanks to Mr. Gaylord as a General Manager, Ibu Debby and Mr. Max for giving me a warm welcome. Kuddos to all staff. It was my parents anniversary when we decided to book a 2 nights stay at Langham, knowing that it was the newest hotel in Jakarta. We were happily welcomed by Audie, he was such a nice guy, guiding us smoothly throughout our check in process. We had the one suite room connected to another deluxe room and it was extremely beautiful. I would say the interior and design was epic! The room itself was very clean and well managed. No disappointment on that! On the first night, we ordered in-room service. We were told that it would take around 40-50 minutes but it ended up taking around 90 minutes. We tried calling couple of times up until it finally came. It was kinda upsetting at first but we were really glad on how the hotel approached this matter. By no time, the director of operations said his apologies and sent a bottle of wine to our room. Couple of the team members and the manager were also there to express their apologies. We were very much happy with the response and it was no longer an issue. Continuing our stay there, we totally enjoyed the service. People at Langham was so nice and I would definitely say its not what you can see at every hotel. Service is top notch especially the ones at the lobby and the receptionists. The stay was very good overall. We were glad that we have Audie to help us get everything in line. He helped a lot with accommodating to our requests and it was definitely lovely and satisfactory! His response to the in-room dining service was also very nice, sending his apologies with a written card. Thank you to the beautiful team for making our stay memorable!…
We stayed at quarantine for 7 days and the only issue was the organization of food delivery, few times staff brought me not my food, or brought the dinner twice, or missed something from my order. Other aspects are perfect: completely new hotel, magnificent service, good attitude of the staff, beautiful interior and good location. I would highly recommend it.
I’ve spent this holiday trying out several hotels in Jakarta for staycation with my family in the past few weeks. Out of the three hotels I’ve stayed at in the past month, The Langham offers the best service, with friendly staff who go out of their way to make us feel welcome. And although the room is slightly smaller than Fairmont, the decor is definitely more lavish with better facilities. Special thanks to Bella at reception to make this stay special.
