Actually, Park 5 is a good hotel. I as millenial like the design. I also love the foods. It was delicious. I ordered nasi gandul sapi when it was rained, and it was delicious! Then I also ate chicken wings and tempe mendoan, alsk the bottled coffee. The taste were good. Super love it! Ah once more that I love this hotel. The mosque isn't that near, so for Friday prayer (Jumatan), they provide shuttle car to deliver guests to mosque, and it was magnificent! I asked the fo, the occupation already close to normal. Even the cafe/coffeeshop also full, which is great in this pandemic situation. Therefore I assumed that this hotel/management think they don't need to have a great service, because without having it, their occupancy is already full, so does the cafe. Am I wrong? I hope I'm wrong ☺️. My booked was on Thu-Fri, Nov 25-26. Why did I have that assumption? 1. I did a stupid mistake, I booked in the wrong date. Supposed to be Wed-Thu, but I booked for Thu-Fri. The fo at that time, he wasn't very nice. Well, I know that was my mistake, but he treated me like... "Well that's yout mistake, if you want to refund, just call Agoda, not us!" Then I went to the other place that night because Park 5 at that time was fully occupied for regular one. And that person said that the available room was only one Bedroom Suite, so what for? Because I couldn't refund it, I called Park 5 and asked: Me (M): can I have early checkin tomorrow? Fo: Yes, but there's gonna be charge. M: How much? Fo: It depends on room type. M: it's okay, how much for my room? Fo: It depends on room type (repetition). M: Yes, and how much? Fo: For 11am, 150k, 10am 200k. And by Thursday (tomorrow) morning I came to Pak 5, did early check-in, and when the FO (different shift with the fo last night) said did I already know about charge, I said yes. And when I intend to typed my pin on edc, it became 250k! Then I complained based on my called last night, and it was still 200k then. 2. They gave 1 card. My assumption, when the hotel only gave 1 card, usually the card on the wall can be replaced by any card, but not at Park 5. So when I went down to take my Gofood order, I came to fo, and she said that there would be deposit 50k, I didn't bring my wallet, and no info when I checkedin, so the solution was the security accompanied me to access my room. It's not about the money, but it's about service. 3. This hotel provide 2 water bottled Le Minerale. Not 600ml, but 330 ml one. Not enough? Chill. They provide another 2 Le Minerale 1,5l, for 20k/1 bottle. I know you want make money from this, but honestly this thing made me uncomfy. But that's from my perspective, maybe the other guest doesn't mind with it. That was my 3 reason why I assumed like that. Basically it was nice hotel. You should come and try by yourself, not based from my perspective. But I don't think i will have another staycation here..🙂 Unless they change their service. Good luck Park 5..…
Everything was perfect and spot on. Friendly staff and strategic location, the room has nice ambience, what I appreciate most is the spotless sheet provided. Bathroom is also very clean. Will be back for sure. Thank you!
The front office is very helpfull,kindness,warm,and well informed also they appereance is well neat, for the hotel is very clean and comfy. park5 hotel is gonna be my favorite hotel.so highly recomended to staycation or bussines trip in here ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Had several days of staycation with my friends. This hotel always be my favorite hotel. Cool and nice hotel staff, good alcohols, nice balcony, clean and artistic room and valuable price. Will be always back for sure!
The room is really space max and simple with worth for money. Recommend for anyone who has limited budget and want to move out from stress experience. And also the receptionist really helpful if you found any problem with your booking. thanks
