Check in desk is small, your personal information will just put at the desk and show to others. When you request any late check out, staffs are super rude and unhelpful to ask : WHAT TIME DO YOU WANT SO?! The Netflix setup is super complicated and staff will only ask you follow Google Home for setting.
This was our third stay at One96 and it keeps getting better! We always visit Hong Kong over Christmas and normally stay here for 2 weeks. The location is perfect - close to MTR, trams, lots of restaurants and interesting little shops to discover. It is much more interesting than staying in big brand hotels around Admiralty. The suites are amazing. Very spacious (for HK) with a separate sitting & dining area and small kitchenette. Housekeeping is very efficient and the suite is serviced daily. Our housekeeper, Alice did a fantastic job. We were in one of the higher floor suites and had a nice glimpse of the harbour. The reception staff are all very friendly and helpful. They are always happy to make suggestions of new places to visit and also assist with any other requests. We specifically want to mention Kylie who was always cheerful and looked after us so well. We did not want to leave and already looking forward to our next stay! …
I arrived around 1300 just wanted to put my stuff in the lobby, and the hotel staff lemme check-in early. After I entered the room, it’s totally surprised me. It was so huge and fashionable. The elegant design made me so comfortable. Will highly recommend this hotel to my friends. Cheers
Always good experience with One96, staff always remember who you are when you return. Also during COVID-19 period, they were more thoughtful than ever, noticing what I need and get it ready in the room.
It was my second time to stay at One96. The reason why I chose this hotel is the small kitchen. Otherwise, I must stay at the luxury hotel that I supposed to be. Normally I do understand the check out time is 12:00, I tried to requested late check out till 1:00pm and the staff turned me down directly and said 12:30 is the latest time that she can offer. So I tried my best to be there on time and I just late for 10mins The front desk woman called to my room for 2 times and said I must return back the room now. What’s that hotel service standard for? I really surprised the staff said the hotel room with high occupancy and the new guest already arrived at 12:30pm. When I check out there, there are no guest at the lobby. And the woman with black glasses staff just shout to me said that Do you know you are late? As I offered you check out at 12:30pm, no next time ok? The new guest was waiting for your room. I was really mad on her, how come the staff said like this to guest? When I want to leave from lobby, she stopped me directly said don’t leave, she has to check my room with impolite face and tone. I really want to said what the deposit that I used for when I check in? The hotel already hold deposit from my credit card in case there have some damage who made by me. I really have no idea why she stopped me? As for a regular traveler, I really disappointed with this terrible experience. The first time I came to this hotel, the guy who checked me out was really friendly and didn’t stop me when I want to leave from lobby. I will not stay at this hotel anymore.…
