Hotel's Favourite
This was my 4th or even 5th time staying at iClub Fortress Hill. Great location, nice room, good services, and great prices. It's very close to Victoria Park where we could walk, hike in the morning. Also lots of nice restaurants near by. Close to MTR station and bus and tram stations. Will stay there again if I visit Hong Kong next time.

Stay there for 6 nights, when I was taking shower at the third night, the water suddenly changed to muddy water. Called reception but just asked me to wait until the water pump was fixed. I refused since my whole body is yellow and at last the receptionist moved me to another room. After room moved to the new room on 30F, heard noisy sound every morning around 6am( I think it might come from the water pipe) and the last night even starting from 4:30am and it lasted at least 1 hr. ( it's really loud to wake you up) a very terrible experience I have ever had. I didn't expect a very good experience after all I didn't stay at a five star hotel but at least a clean place for me to take bath and sleep. Highly NOT recommended

This hotel offers three main advantages: 1) Excellent value for money; 2) Superior location to the city and MTR,, close to both Causeway Bay and Wanchai; 3) Free coffee available 24 hours. Recommend to travelers who are looking to the stay in the city at a reasonable price.

I was amazed by the hospitality by iclub Fortress Hill Hotel. The janitors were friendly and took initiative to make up the room. The lightbulbs at the closet were blinking and the front desk assisted and attended immediately. Great location as it’s nearby to Fortress MRT station and 350m away from Victoria Harbour The only thing to improve is the variety of breakfast. The hotel only provide breads, buns, coffees and fruit juices. Other than that, all are good!

Location n environment is nice. But the charger / usb hub / air conditioning (control panel) aint working properly. Air conditioning depends on the room, some are quite noisy. Due to the black rainstorm last week in HK, it was found the room window was with leakage.

The hotel located near the subway within five minutes walking distance. There are many restaurants nearby in different cuisines. The room is clean and tidy. Wi-Fi is strong and nondisrupted, good for zoom conferencing. A light yet sufficient breakfast is provided for those who don’t have much time. Price is only $420. Overall the hotel is very good and value got money.

Forget the crowds at Causeway Bay, this hotel has great value for money. Its location is a few minutes walk from Fortress Hill MTR station, which is filled with a lot of eateries and a 10-minute walk to Victoria Park. Love the location. Rooms-wise, it is perfect for the solo traveller who needs a good base to rest. I was upgraded to a Biz Premiere room on the 33th floor and had a beautiful view of the CBD, I would even see the Symphony of Lights show from my hotel room! Amazing! Amenities-wise, most things are covered, from the 2 bottles of mineral water provided daily, shower amenities and bathroom slippers. Some of the bathroom are not in the most perfect condition, but it is a very small issue compared to the good quality of the room overall. The daily room service was also done well. I will be back again on my next trip to HK! …

The room is accepable except the window toilet. It was embrassed when taking a bath. The location for the hotel is very good. For services, the room attendants (both morning and evening shift ) are very good. They are very polite and helpful.
