Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West is a genuine Hong Kong landmark that presides over the Kowloon Peninsula’s Western edge. Standing between Tai Mo Shan mountain and the Rambler Channel, it was originally planned to be the world’s tallest building. However, its proximity to the airport flightpath led to it becoming the two sparkling sister towers of today. This Nina’s location is packed with appeals. Firstly, getting here is easy. It’s less than 20 minutes by road from Central, Tsim Sha Tsui is a 12 minute train ride, and the international airport is 25 minutes by the highway. So you see, it’s an efficient base from which to explore. But be warned, you may not want to leave.

I've been in so many hotels over the years (and a few are top hotels)...nina hotel is the very best...with house keeping services as polite and homely as can. I met with their supervisor nina hung while she explained the value if their services rendering. counter staff give their hearts to provide custom care. We are in the 57th floor and the view is just astonishing.

This hotel is situated in a great location and has wonderful customer service. The staff are so polite and friendly. They provided us water everyday. First Class housekeepers service, especially the two lovely staff Xian Feng and Li Xin who does a wonderful job for cleaning our room everyday which giving a homelike feel during our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and we will be back.

Service was great. Staff was fabulous, always try their best to meet our demand. Highly recommended. We travel with new born baby, the staff name li xin, Xiao feng gave us extra help. They provided us extra water and provided us with what ever we ask. They realise we need extra baby bed without we asking for it.the last day with our stay the supervisors had personally come in to our room to see if anything was needed. It was a great experience. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Among the hotels in Hong Kong, the room was big and high, so the view was good The staff were so kind and I felt good because they always smiled and served me. It was a 30-40 minute bus ride from the airport, so it was easy to move around, and the shopping mall subway station was connected, so I went around very comfortably even if the weather was not good. I was not good at Chinese English, but Xiao Feng, Lixin, Hawwan, Kwai kiu, and Bihua staff helped me a lot and I was always grateful for their kindness :) I will come back to this hotel again when I come to Hong Kong next time!!

Excellent service. Nina, Xiao feng, li Xin and Hau wan and bi hua were very attentive. The view of the tsuen wan bay was impeccable. Conveniently located. It's only 10 minutes to the tsuen wan west mtr station.

Spectacular view and a very spacious room in the city. Superb location with convenient access to the airport and HK island. There’s a lot of restaurants downstairs and also there’s a lot of sunlight in the room. Highly recommended and very accommodating staff, special shoutout to Hay Wan and Nina who provided excellent and very attentive service!

Staff n hospitality is very help Miss nina made it very easy with her helpful nature. The ground staff xiao feng, Lixin, hau wan all were very kind and supported to us as we had a small baby which made out trip easy. Can come back to this hotel for location and hospitality. .
