Stayed on the 72nd floor on a conducted tour of China, absolutely surprised and delighted with the room and views. Breakfast buffet excellent, good choice both Asian & western. Stayed 2nights, won't forget this stay!

Checked in & got a free upgrade to a harbour view room, which was great. But then when we got into the room, it smelled of cigarette smoke smell. Was in a rush to go out & called housekeeping to help. Went back late at night & could smell a bit of air freshener that the housekeeping used. Unfortunately, woke...

I stayed here at the end of March as the first stop on a tour around China and Hong Kong. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English which was helpful as my Cantonese is quite limited. The lobby is very busy but I was served very quickly and they allowed me to leave my luggage until the room was...

Located 5-10 minutes walk from Tsuen Wan West MTR station. Covered footbridge linkage to major shopping malls. Nice sea view for high floor rooms. Clean and comfy rooms, although the design of the shower room was a bit weird that the shower cubicle was only separated from the room by a totally transparent glass wall and the paper thin shower...

This hotel is located in the higher section of the building (43-73 floors) and offers a fantastic view. Rooms are more spacious than probably 90% of the hotels in Hong Kong. Unfortunately the design of the room is poor and lacks most convenient utiitlies such as sufficient electrical outlets or a mirror to fix your hair and an odd shape...

Stayed in room 5607 great views of the river the only hassle was you had to go in 1 lift to the 41st floor than change...

My family were there over the March break. Long line at check in because they are under staff. The hotel is next to a mall which is convenient finding restaurants. Spacious lobby and plenty of taxi at the front entrance, 10 minutes walk to the MTR if you want to save on transportation cost. That's it for positive review. There...

This hotel has no characteristics besides BIG. Nothing seems connecting nor any welcoming feeling in the lobby or anywhere in the hotel. With one exception, the hotel offers a decent size room furnished with frig. No free internet in the room, HK$150 for a full day usage in the room. Also, all rooms are available for smoking and hence there...
