First time to stay at Nina Hotel Causeway Bay. The first night stay wasn't that great as we find that the mattress was rock hard. We were unable to sleep for the first night and requested to change the room. The Front desk was accomodating and they let us change our room to a softer mattress. That was definitely so much better. I can't say enough that the best of this hotel is the hotel location, which is directly opposite of Tin Hau MTR station. You only need to walk less than 5 mins and you are in the subway station. Other than that, the room is really spacious, and a really good price for the price you pay. The floor also is a parquet floor, so there's no concern of yucky dirty carpet. And the best part of the room is the extra glass table and 2 chairs, that allows guests to sit and enjoy their window view outside. Plus there's Dettol spray in each room for you to sanitize things, and also has an air cleaning unit in each room. We really like the hotel compared to those small/ old squeezy Causewaybay hotels. 7-11 is just opposite the hotel as well. Not much shopping place around, but you can walk 10 mins walk through the Victoria park, and you'll be at Causewaybay. Or you take subway to anywhere conveniently. We went Nina causeway bay on September 2023, we stayed there for one night. Our room is upgraded by the staff. The overall experience is really, especially the staff attitude is so nice and friendly. Amy Ko and Penny are very helpful and ask us if there is anything they can help.

Great Service and clean environment. Amy Ko did great job keeping it tidy. No breakfast was not a viable due to renovations. We got a free upgrade. Thanks so much for the hospitality. Bike machine and air purifier was all included. There is also a swimming pool. Great location.

The hotel room is spotless. ✨ Ivan is kind enough to upgrade our room from standard twin to executive king as a complimentary gift for my son’s birthday. He even buy him a cake with a greeting card and personally delivered it to our room. The room itself is spacious and neat. Even there was a typhoon durinh our stay, we felt safe in the hotel. The vicinity offers a wide variety of food and the pharmacy and convenience store are nearby. The MTR is just across the street which makes transportation very accessible. Ocean Park is just 5 stations away. Thank you Nina Hotel Causeway Bay. You made our stay worthwhile.
