Stayed at Lanson Place for 5 nights with my wife and daughter at the end of a 3 week Asian vacation and absolutely love this hotel!

Check in was very smooth and we were lucky to meet Melvis Tan (Director of Rooms) at check in who was kind enough to show us to our room and gave us tons of fantastic advice, and always made us feel so welcome. She was also able to direct us to great coffee on day one which was very much appreciated!

Very stylish and well appointed apartment style rooms with plenty of space if you need to spend time in your hotel room. The hotel is immaculately clean with a great gym and laundry right next to each other which was fantastic for us after 2 weeks living out of our suitcases.

We had breakfast in the hotel each morning which was very good. The staff are fantastic, Zoe in particular was super friendly and even remembered how I have my coffee.

The concierge desk is well staffed and the team are very knowledgeable. We often caught cabs which the guys were able to quickly organise for us.

Each room has a portable wifi device that you take with you when you go for a wander around Hong Kong. The location in Causeway Bay was ideal for us with family and friends close by and easy access to the MTR. Plenty of shopping nearby as well as good local food make the Lanson one of the best places to stay in HK for business or leisure.

I stayed at Lanson Place Hotel (Prestige Suite) for a number of nights and found the combination of a kitchenette, food delivery, and room service breakfast to be the perfect combination of flexibility and convenience. The staff provided exceptional service and having a materially larger room for a very competitive rate was a major benefit over other properties in the area.
The property is spotlessly clean and operates very professionally with all staff wearing masks etc.
The hotel has a very good lounge, and a well-appointed gym - Highly recommended!

We have a wonderful time staying in Lanson Place hotel in Causeway Bay, the location is very convenient in the middle of Tin Hau and Causeway Bay. The hotel is very well maintained. We particularly like the room have basic kitchen facilities that we can cook some simple breakfast. The staff is very friendly and the gym is very well equipped. We have a chance to try the breakfast there also which is very good also. Overall a good experience amidst the current situation that we have to stay local.

My wife my two children and I are one month into a two month stay at the Lanson Place while relocating to Hong Kong. Every part of our experience has been AMAZING!The moment we got out of our taxi,I knew this was to be a great stay. Having come here directly from the airport to start the mandatory quarantine period for all visitors, I didn't have any HKD to pay the taxi. Before I knew it,Jeff paid out of his own pocket and told me I could take care of it on my hotel bill...I'm sure he could sense we were exhausted and that small gesture meant a lot to us

During the first two weeks when we were in quarantine,the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. They helped educate us on everything we needed to know to get settled in,order groceries, etc. They even did our laundry for us in the machines because we were not allowed to leave our room.

Rachel, the head of housekeeping, could single handedly manage Buckingham Palace...that's how good she is. Her staff is equally excellent at maintaining our room and making sure we’re stocked with all the essentials.

We also love Marites,who manages the lounge downstairs. She makes us feel so well taken care of that it feels like home.

I could keep going with all the other team members...we've gotten to know them all by first names. We highly recommend Lanson Place and would stay here again.

Hotel Review - Lanson place hotel, Causeway Bay. Check in was smooth. Staff was helpful right from pick up point. Luggage was collected and moved to the room. We finished our check in formalities in 10 mins. We were looking for 1 or 2 bedroom suite but they were full (there are only seven apparently) so we settled for Grand Luxe room (we were family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) so wanted an apartment but given we were from HR country, we had to stay in hotel). Room is bigger then normal hotel rooms and is divided into 3 areas so it is better for kids to move around. There is a small kitchenette, living area and bedroom. Kitchenette is with 2 hobs, microwave, few pans and silverware, might not be good for full cooking but would be fine if you are with kids and need it for light cooking. This for us was main reason to choose Lanson Place.

They take people from high risk country. Allow food from outside. They are considerate that they pay cash on your behalf for food/grocery you order and charge it to your room, they even get stuff from local grocery if you mail them or tell them on phone and charge the same on bill.

Overall pretty good service and a good place to stay if you are with family and high risk country and cannot find good place which is big and has kitchenette.

Just to add, we got corner room and windows were really huge and view was awesome. Something which was life saver in these tough 14 days!

I stayed 3 nights at Lanson Place. The location is in the heart of Causeway Bay, very convenient to shopping and restaurants, 5 minutes walk to Sogo department store and Hysan Place, 7 mins walk to Time Square.

The service was outstanding from checkin throughout my stay. I was upgraded to a room on higher floor with daily breakfast. At the time of checkin, Melvis Tan walked me to the room, explained to me all the services offered, including a bottle of wine. Melvis' customer service and friendliness were beyond my expectation.

The room was extremely clean and quiet with a great view. The bathroom had nice shower. The kitchenette in the room was great plus for me to make hot teas.

The bed was very comfortable. I had great sleep. The location allowed me to come back for nap in the middle of the day and go back again in the evening for dinner.

At breakfast, Zoe and Marites, were exceptional in helping with everything I need.

Portable wifi was provided to each room. It helped me tremendously having wifi outside of the room.

The entire staff from the concierge, to breakfast room personnel, to checkin desk to Melvis Tan provided such warm welcome to my stay. Thanks to everyone at Lanson Place.

I certainly recommend Lanson Place and will stay there again on my next visit to HongKong.

Very prudent procedure to ensure hygiene. Upon arrival, customers were asked to line up outside the check in counter. The staff checked in for the customers one by one, and after one check-in is complete, they cleaned the counter and the area around before letting the next customer step inside. The check-in procedure took some time, but I believe that was necessary to protect everyone from the health risks.

Staff is exceptionally responsive to my requests. There were times the operator was not free to pick up the phone, but the reception stepped in and responded. Whoever picked up the phone, they were really friendly. Aside from making calls, residents would be invited to a WhatsApp group if they wish to receive the most updated announcement from the hotel. It fostered the feel of a community among those in quarantine and the staff, and made quarantiners feel less lonely!

There was a great variety of facilities and supplies in the room. I appreciate the provision of a pantry (with a sink, fridge, microwave, seasoning, and utensils). There are sufficient supplies of toiletries (including box tissues and conditioners), and extra would be provided upon request. It would however be better if basic skincare, such as hand cream, can be provided in the room.

Wifi connection is dissatisfactory (watching youtube and netflix is fine, but not if you do video calls). To be fair, upon making complaint the staff rebooted the wifi for me, but still, given the fact that so many were using the wifi simultaneously, the internet speed slowed down very soon after.

The western food choices were fine. Asian breakfasts were great (they had dim sum, Chinese buns, fried noodles/congee depending on the day). But Asian lunches and dinners did not look attractive. The taste was quite plain as well. But since the location is so convenient, you can always have someone to bring you food downstairs.

Overall, I think the good prevails over the bad, so I'd still recommend this hotel.

Lanson Place Causeway Bay was a good choice for my 7 night quarantine stay. Our Prestige Suite in Room 2008 gave us a nice view of Victoria Park with ceiling to floor windows with blackout curtains. The food menu was selected 3 days prior to check in and I was also able to change my selection if made 2 days before. The food was palatable. Outside delivery was immediate after delivery to reception. Housekeeping requests were done on Whatsapp and water, linen, towels, toiletries were brought promptly. Clean, spacious rooms with ample cleaning equipment. I would suggest providing a towel rack.

Pros: small kitchenette space, microwave, big bottle of antiseptic spray provided, sunny space
Air purifier in room. Yoga mat in room collect rubbish at 2 pm and 9 pm ( 2x a day )
Items provided : mineral water but not distilled water , detergent , washing powder , 2 small dish towels .

Cons: space not too big as compared to picture, soft pillow , noisy air conditioner , air purifier outside my room too noisy .
I wear the ear plugs for my first 2 nights to sleep . They deliver the food from upper floors to lower floors and that need 45 min -1 hr , so all food delivered to my room are all cool . I ve brought a mini cooker to reheat the meals . I ask for extra bowel of vegetables but they provided are all steam greens like kale or broccoli that is not suitable to reheat by microwave, I throw them all away as they taste so badly .
The room is clean , but I found stain in the blanket and mattress as I want to change my blanket cover, That is really disturbing .
I will choose another quarantine hotel next time and hope can meet my expectations .

I just had a wonderful 2 months staying in Lanson Place. The staff are wonderful and everything been perfect. it was a place discovered by my staff when I enquired some hotel recommendations in CWB. She recommended Lanson for its 133 Lounge and it was the best decision ever made. As HK still under COVID-19 situation, I need to be quarantined and the hotel accommodated that with excellent Concierge for food delivery and phonecalls twice a day to make sure I am ok. After my quarantine, I used the lounge everyday for business meetings and I was impressed with the services I received. I used to stay in Conrad and need to pay £60 for the use of the coffee shop and Lanson has its own lounge only for resident but free! The staff can call me by my name everyday and would helped me with the extra mile. When HK imposed no dine-in, and my flight was at 11:30pm, I asked if I can kindly remain in my room until I depart as I have nowhere to go. They immediately entertain my request. When my flight was cancelled, not once but twice and needed the extension, Josephine in reservation did it in 15 mins even it was midnight so that I can arranged the rest of my stay in both London and HK. Special thanks to the concierge team, Gary Heison(? or Hanson), Brian, Jasmine etc, Reception Team, Jacky, Bess, Tracey, Emily, Kristy, Michael etc, reservation with Josephine, Housekeeping with Rachel and Hung. Would definitely return again

Does the deluxe have a separate bedroom?

No...the bedroom area and sitting area is divided by a desk and partition. It's not a separate bedroom with a door and walls. Hope this helps.
