I had a wonderful anniversary celebration at The Fleming.
When my boyfriend and I first stepped into the hotel, we were warmly greeted by Matthew from the Guest Experience Team.
The check-in registration was smooth and the staff who checked us in was so professional and friendly. He explained all the details that we needed to know.
The room was nicely decorated by the hotel which had surprised us. Also, it was very impressive that Yolanda from the Guest Experience Team delivered us a cake, a bottle of wine and a written card IN PERSON which were prepared by the hotel. It’s truly heartwarming and welcoming. Of course, Yolanda is very friendly, patient and helpful. We can always see her and Matthew’s big smiles when we saw them during the stay :)
I extremely love this hotel, especially its theme, vibes, decoration, design, furnitures - basically every single little thing! Everything is awesome, and the service is just perfect and touches guests’ heart.
I would definitely come back in the future! Thanks for the lovely and memorable stay, The Fleming :)

My partner and I spent a night at the Fleming in celebration of my partner’s birthday, and we had such a superb and memorable stay! We are so impressed with the details the hotel did for us.
Before we checked in, I contacted the representatives of the hotel and made several requests regarding hotel room decorations, luggage storage and keeping of a birthday cake. The representatives of the hotel was so patient and helpful in handling all my requests and had close communication with me before check in.
Also, the hotel was so nice to have offered my partner a room fragrance as a birthday gift. The smell was very high-end with wood as the base note. It was such a kind gesture of the hotel.
We also loved the unique ferry theme and design of the hotel and room, the pictures we took in the hotel turned out really photogenic.
We had such a pleasant stay in the Fleming and will highly recommend our family or friends to visit.

The stay was exceptionally good. The room is clean and comfy, with a very good location. I would like to highlight the services The Fleming’s staff have offered, especially manager Mulder Tsui, who not only introduce the hotel clearly, but he is also very friendly and helpful. This definitely helped enhance the overall experience. All in all, the stay was beyond satisfactory and would definitely recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay and will be staying in this hotel for our next trips to Hong Kong. Alex and his whole team were extremely helpful and very welcoming. You can really feel the warmth and authenticity of their hospitality. The property is very well designed and the rooms are extremely cozy. The quality of the mattress and pillow is top notch and the interior design was very well thought with functionality in mind.

Everyone who has looked at the other reviews or visited The Fleming's social media knows the hotel has very nice interior design in old Hong Kong style. I spent last Christmas eve with my boyfriend with The Fleming and visited it again to celebrate my birthday recently. :) The chic vibe remained but what made our stay even better was the friendly and helpful staff who were willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was well-taken care of when my "time of the month" suddenly arrived... :) Really appreciated the customer service. Kudos to the team!

Location is great accessible to all Room is vintage vibe, very clean, the bathroom i super love it.. you can see the person inside when the lights in the room are all off good for couples though 😁.. our stay is with free br8kfast not much selection of food they only have bread egg fruit and cereal. The Fleming is literally elevated the standard of Hong Kong’s boutique hotel. We stayed in The Fleming twice within a month, which is quite crazy. The reason drove us to revisit so soon is their excellent SERVICE.
Frankly, I didn’t expect such good service in a boutique hotel. All staff there are friendly and cheerful, especially Mr. Matthew Yuen. the Assistant Manager of Guest Service. My first stay was for celebrating anniversary, Matthew prepared a gift and hand-written letter, though we never meet him on that stay. And on the second stay, Matthew even backed to work earlier just to greet us. He gave his biggest help on everything to ensure our stay is joyful. The service he provided is unlike the standard service from branded hotel, but truly from his heart. It’s so nice to have a short chit chat with him.
Room: Both stays are under their weekday staycation package. The room upgrade included is subject to the on-day availability. But I was so lucky to stay in Large Room and Extra Large room separately. The room is spacious and stylish. I love the natural daylight from the windows, especially the Extra Large Room. The mattress and pillows are unexpectedly comfortable, which is even better than some international chain hotels.
Food: With the $200 coupon included in the package. We had the breakfast down the Osteria Marzia. The atmosphere there is chill and the Italian style breakfast is also good, the Granola Yogurt is highlighted. (Please note that it’s under Black sheep, not really related to the Fleming)
All in all, this is our first time to stay at a boutique hotel in Hong Kong, yet this experience elevated the standard of boutique hotel in our mind and I think, the Fleming will be the standard that we used to comment other boutique hotels in the future lol.

My girlfriend and I were looking for some place to spend the mid-autumn festival and we came across this fancy boutique hotel. We are so grateful to receive a free upgrade by the hotel and the view is beautiful: you can have a glimpse of the Victoria Harbour and the busy Fleming Road flyover is just right in front of you but the cruise-like decoration, the scent and the vibe inside the hotel make you feel like you're just a bystander watching the fast-paced city operating itself, keeping you away from the pressure and stress from your daily life. Located in the heart of Wan Chai, it is also convenient to travel to various tourist interests just by walking. It's worthwhile to stay here for a second time.

2. Osteria Marzia by the acclaimed Black Sheep Restaurant group serves coastal Italian cuisine so you have many options to choose during the breakfast. The most famous is Marzia Breakfast that includes: Italian pastries, jams and spreads with a choice of orange juice, coffee or tea.
3. Causeway Bay is really near. Arrive there only will take 10 minutes by taxi, 20 minutes by MTR or 30 minutes if you prefer walk.
