The stay was exceptionally good. The room is clean and comfy, with a very good location. I would like to highlight the services The Fleming’s staff have offered, especially manager Mulder Tsui, who not only introduce the hotel clearly, but he is also very friendly and helpful. This definitely helped enhance the overall experience. All in all, the stay was beyond satisfactory and would definitely recommend it.

My girlfriend and I were looking for some place to spend the mid-autumn festival and we came across this fancy boutique hotel. We are so grateful to receive a free upgrade by the hotel and the view is beautiful: you can have a glimpse of the Victoria Harbour and the busy Fleming Road flyover is just right in front of you but the cruise-like decoration, the scent and the vibe inside the hotel make you feel like you're just a bystander watching the fast-paced city operating itself, keeping you away from the pressure and stress from your daily life. Located in the heart of Wan Chai, it is also convenient to travel to various tourist interests just by walking. It's worthwhile to stay here for a second time.

From checking in till checking out , everything is great ! Front desk staff welcomed me friendly and room is very clean. Breakfast is only fixed menu and serving only one cup of drink. Wish I could get another cup of coffee.

It’s our second stay in The Fleming in just two weeks time (if my memory serves haha) Before arrival, GE AM (Matthew Yuen) had been communicating with me to make sure everything is fine. Despite numerous special requests (i.e. asking for extra pillow/ bottle water), Matthew replied my email quickly and guaranteed the request is well noted. Thank you so much Matt! Upon arrival, Tom noticed us and immediately guided us to his colleagues for check in (since he is occupied with another guest). As I was exhibiting at the AAF at the Convention Centre The Fleming was an ideal boutique hotel a mere 7 mins walk away. Close to Wan Chai shops and a short distance to Pacific place by taxi or MTR the location is great. The room was clean and the staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a momentous Birthday celebration staycation at The Fleming! The staffs are extremely friendly and super helpful, especially the Guest Experience Team for their remarkable 5-star service, not to mention that they have sent a hand-written Birthday card to my partner which has sparkled her up with great smile on her face. Apart from extraordinary service, the hotel is decorated with a mixture of Classic Hong Kong and Star Ferry theme, which let people to felt truly being in Hong Kong instead of just staying in a hotel. Randomly take snaps in the room can form a great and stylish picture. The whole experience is phenomenal and I’ll definitely recommend your hotel to my friends. Hope to visit again soon!
