This wonderful hotel exceeded my expectations. Not only fabulously designed interior but equally matched with wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Located in Wan Chai this is a great place to delve right into Hong Kong, near MTR station, tram stops and Star Ferry terminal I can't recommend this location more highly.

The hotel is in a great location in Wan Chai, a quick 5 min walk from the MTR station and surrounding cafes/bars. Everything has been so meticulously thought out in the design elements and loved the vintage feel to it. Even though the hotel was renovated 5 years ago the upkeep is excellent.

I’m very picky when it comes to choosing a place to stay wherever I go. The Fleming totally won my heart. Cosy, unique and fun. I like it especially the in room air purifier, freezing cold air conditioner and superb hot and cold shower. Special shout out to Matthew for his incredible hospitality. This was my second stay and I was warmly welcomed by staff who remembered me. I would especially like to thank Yolanda, who recognised me at the entrance and helped me check in, Mathew for his lovely welcome message and the handsome man (I don’t know his name) who helped me print out the documents. During my stay, most of the staff greeted me warmly every day. It was a pleasure to stay in the hotel. It goes without saying that the style of the rooms is great, but the staff is what makes this hotel great. Please try to have a few conversations with them. Note that the restaurant on the ground floor is nicely decorated, but the staff service was average.

The Fleming and its staff provided an excellent travel experience while I was on business in Hong Kong. Conveniently located in Wan Chai, the hotel was well appointed and the staff very attentive. Its boutique size provides for excellent guest services. An added bonus is the restaurant located on the ground floor. The food, atmosphere, and especially the service staff is impressive. Very good location, just a short walk from MTR Wan Chai "A1" exit. Hotel staffs were very helpful and friendly. My family and I used the hotel on weekends. One day we went to the K11 museum in Tsim Sha Tsui and took the Star Ferry back to Fleming. The view from Victoria Harbor was beautiful.
