We decided to stay one night at Disney as we want to catch the Momentus show at 8.30pm and for convenience as we will be flying back the next day. We didn’t want to tire ourselves out. So we stayed this hotel as it’s the cheapest among the other hotels. When we arrived at the concierge, our bags were stored at their luggage area as our room was not ready, they also asked whether are there any fragile items, this shows professionalism. They also entertained my toddler and gave her stickers which she liked. At the lobby, the staff are really friendly. I like to compliment Evelyn as she really explained in detailed all the T&Cs and she is really pleasant. I felt really comfortable dealing with her. Our luggage will be sent to our room once it’s ready. There’s a shuttle bus to Disneyland. When we went back to our room, it was 9pm. Our luggages were all safely in the room. The room has 2 beds. There’s also a bathtub and it’s low, just nice for me to bath a toddler. Although the design of the room is a bit old but there’s no musky smell or stain. The room is great decorated and suitable for solo traveler like me. I love the decorations of this hotel. (Especially everywhere with Hidden Mickeys .) All Cast Members services with service mind. (That they're the one of the best things in Disney.) When you stay at this hotel, don't forget to join Disney Artistry Tour in level 1 by scanning QR code around the hotel, and you'll get a souvenir there when complete the mission. But I think the toilet in guest room is too narrow (that the guests have to admit it when you stay here), and the amenities set should be more durable like another Disneyland hotel. It's just four Disney-themed paper glasses with Mickey head lid. [But when I stayed at another Disneyland hotel, Disney Explorers Lodge, 3 months ago, I got a metal amenities box like the pencil box, that it's more durable and worth to keep it as a souvenir.] Don't be afraid that the amenities box becomes waste, because I think many guests in this hotel love to use and keep some amenities box/glasses from Disneyland hotel as the souvenirs to show that once they stayed here. Morning buffet in Ink & Plate is good taste with the lovely decoration with no limit period during the session (when compared with another nearby Disneyland hotel), but I think it should be more variety of foods especially egg station that it should have more variety menus, e.g. omelette or stuffed omelette (not only the fried eggs and scrambled eggs) and some main dishes with vegetables.…

Great hotel, close to Disneyland and the other Disney hotels. Cast members couldn’t do enough to make sure my trip was enjoyable. Also organised a car so I could get to enchanted gardens for breakfast, as getting there on crutches via two busses was extremely hard, they went above and beyond.

We went as a family to Disneyland and like always, it was above & beyond. We got to the hotel super early because we were getting into the park: they let us check in and drop all our luggage, SO friendly everyone at front desk & luggage station. I forgot to "activate" our tickets and they remind me and do it for me. When we got the the room after a whole day in the park AND Momentous show, all our luggage was there - Around 2pm I recieved a message (email & sms) saying that our room was ready.. it's just great. Next morning we went to Ink Rest to have breakfast, great variety of food, so many options and the staff, they were just grat, super friendly and looked up after us so so so great (having a kid is hard sometimes, but they make it always better) We did the check out and stay the day at the pool and I needed to charge my phone and couldn't find were so I went to the bar and they help me.. We even got some cocktails and snacks before leaving, we just didn't want to leave just yet. And, to close up with the best magical experience for my kid, we went to pick up our luggage and this friendly guy from concierge (outside) did a magical moment for him, since he was holding a bubble Buzz Lightyear toy, he was doing some chitty chat and gave him some stickers from Toy Story movie - this made his day.…

I was pleased to stay with Disney Hollywood hotel in last month after refurbish. And Disney Hollywood was the last hotel that I stayed in the HK Disney hotel series. Compared with three of them, I love Hollywood the most! The staffs were friendly and helpful to their customers. Thanks for the warm greetings from the front desk while checking in. The services were intended and intimated! Furthermore, the dinning experience in the hotel restaurant was great too. The food was delicious and most of their staffs could provide a brilliant and outstanding services. Thanks for their patience for introducing the menu and explanation detailed. Anyway, if you planned to visit Disneyland Resort or going somewhere else via transportation, it will have shuttle bus service between the hotel and the park / subway station. You won’t need to worry for hangout. So just feel relax and enjoy your vacation! Highly recommended for you and enjoy your stay in Hong Kong!…

I have already emailed and complained to the hotel and had no response. They have no quick service (it is shut down) and the TV for disney/marvel/star wars films actually don't work. We were moved rooms late at night because of this, well knowing it wasn't going to work in the other room and then we were told nothing could be done! Go and stay in the explorers instead, a shame I stayed here in 2018 and this was not the experience I previously had!

She’s Back!!! After years of waiting, we finally had a chance to go back to the first hotel we stayed in the resort, when Disney came to town, and it felt good. DHH finally re-opened a few weeks ago, with major changes in the lobby area/floor… ‘art-deco’ is how they describe the changes ….but really just have to be there to absorb the imagineering & creativity thats gone into it, from the wall mural at reception, the Archivist lounge’s decor, artists’ drawings & of course our new favorite meals hangout, INK & PLATE (previously Chef Mickey)… the animation on the walls are especially beautiful, but the rest of the decor are just as fun & amazing to look at. We noticed some improvement to the foods served compared to years ago, if not vs EG @HKDLH …but its all good as the 3 hotels on the resort have always had its own identity when it comes to its F&B outlets, rooms, guest facilities. As it was only an overnighter, just to see the changes, we only had time for dinner/bkfast, both full buffet. FYI, on regular/non-holiday weekdays, lunch is a la carte/set menus. We noticed some other outlets from the past still closed so we’re not sure of its status in future since the hotel just re-opened a few days before our stay. We noticed a simple room service menu, only overnight period, for those with the munchies. Hope its extended to all day ∨ the other outlets are re-opened, for more f&b options. For guest facilities, you will be pleased to know the piano pool is open (including water slide)…theres also a designated kiddie-pool with toys …i remember that used to be the jacuzzi so im not sure if current set up is temp or not. The gardens around the pool is still intact, with the cadillacs, ‘hollywood sign’ on the hill, etc. Merchandise shop is the same as previous, albeit less items compared to sister hotels..not sure if thats because of the on-going promo/display when we were in-house. So, although short stay as it was, overall, we can definitely say Disney Hollywood Hotel IS ready to receive visitors to HKSAR, to HK Disneyland parkas she proudly rejoins the other 2 hotels in the resort in providing 5-star accommodation & customer service …so hurry and book that Disney vacation…you won’t regret it!! “Romeo, Melody, Kilia & all FO/HSKP,the warm welcome & hospitality is sincerely appreciated…..and big shout out & thanks to our friends, Leo Nick, Karen & crew @INK&PLATE …theres so many of you to mention, i think we’ve met all castmembers there already …it was great to see you now & then, temp re-assigned to HKDLH & DEL these past years, but it was even better o see y’all back in your own ‘playground’ … thanks all for remembering me & fam, making our meal/accommodation experiences comfortable & fun, coz thats all the reason we need to come back …see y’all again soon!” …. I love this hotel ❤ They give u discount For the shop that is in the hotel, They are so nice, Easy access to Disneyland Park (by free shuttle bus) And the pool is amazing :) The room is so nice and you can see Disneys shows and movies for free in the tv, The room design is so nice and Hollywood themed :)

The Disneyland hotel was really awesome! I absolutely loved the vibe and the ambience once I stepped into the lobby. The staff was patient and polite. Kids loved the pool and the Maze. The shuttle service to Disneyland was also convenient. The only downside was the room could have been decorated more Disney-esque.

Do just go to Disneyland! Stay in their Hotels too <3 and that'll complete your perfect Disney experience! So from Disneyland park, you'll be riding hotel bus to your hotel, check in as usual and experience the magic! Felt like a child watching movie premier outside the hotel, free popcorn lol. Our room is squeaky-clean. Staff are nice too! Love to talk to them. You'll get priority pass and special discounts too! If you are always waiting for that "find the hidden mickey" in Disney channel then you'll go crazy here because yeah, it's everywhere lol! even in your ketchup! Also, never ever skip going to Inspiration lake botanical garden :) that's walking distance from our hotel. That place is memorable! It has a very nice view, serenity!
