On the waterfront overlooking Victoria Harbour and the financial district, Four Seasons redefines luxury and excellence in a city renowned for exceptional accommodations. As part of the prestigious International Finance Centre, it offers unrivaled links to Hong Kong Station, with the famed Star Ferry steps away. In a city known for great dining, Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong is a culinary destination in itself. Home to two Michelin three starred restaurants - Caprice French restaurant and Lung King Heen, the first Chinese restaurant in the world to receive this accolade. The award winning Spa adjacent to the rooftop infinity pool is an urban oasis for those looking for a space to relax any time of the day from the bustle of the city. *Hotel Renovation Project - Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong is undertaking an enhancement program including guest rooms and certain lobby features. To ensure minimal disruption to our guests, these enhancements will be carried out in phases with appropriate isolation occurring. New buffer floors are arranged to mitigate transfer of any sound in guest rooms, and work will be scheduled at non-intrusive times. Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong remains open with operations as usual throughout the transformation period and looks forward to delivering exceptional services to guests during their stay.

Four Seasons Hotel HK is not just a luxurious 5 star hotel, but with superb location, and supreme level of hospitality offered to all of its hotel guests. Me & my partner were being well treated and taken care by its crew during the whole staycation, ranging from the Front desks Manager (Marco C), F&B outlets, the hotel manager (Jens W), the in room dining team and the security guards team. The guestroom is very spacious, with high end amenities and pleasant decor. It was very relaxing to enjoy a bubble bath while watching TV in front of the bathtub. The harbour scenic view is spectacular and breath-taking. The food & beverage quality is extremely good and I enjoyed the buffet breakfast the most, as it offered great variety with all dishes being displayed nicely and served in the optimal temperature. The wine & cheese set served by Caprice (a Michelin-starred restaurant) in our room was also a "can't be missed" order for a lovely evening, before dinner. For the Executive Lounge, there is a long outdoor balcony that I could watch the sunrise or sunset with unblocked Victoria harbour view of TST. The food and cocktail served there are refined and impressive, too. The swimming pools area is also my big favorite, again with phenomenal lovely view and Jacuzzi. The pool is heated during winter time, so it is opened during four seasons (unfortunately it was closed during our stay, due to Covid-19 restrictions). But we can still spent some tranquil moments at the Terrace Cafe, next to the pool. You can also simply download the hotel Apps and it would provide all sorts of interactive virtual events for you to join, with detailed set up and presentation. Overall, it was an indulging and splendid staycation and I am planning to revisit again, in summer time, with sun bathe at the ample & bright swimming pool area. Thank you to the professional & helpful Concierge team, too. cheers, V LEUNG

Amazing room with 180˚ views of Victoria Harbour and Kowloon. Staff were helpful and nice. Although there weren't much choice at breakfast, the quality of food was good. It would had be perfect if hotel could provide the bath salt.

Published check in time is 3:00pm and we arrive at 4:00pm but informed room was not ready. We were offered a place to wait with a drink but this not what staycation guests want. We expect the room to be ready after official check in time to enjoy the stay and not sit and wait or go walk around. Remember staycation guests live in Hong Kong. If hotel is expected to be busy it should have enough staff to run it.

Our buffet breakfast was served at the ballroom and there were a choice of different food types like English and Chinese. However the quality of the food was terrible, the dim sum was like what you get at at a fast food restaurant and the french toast and pancakes were so bad that our 5 year old did not eat it.

the hotel staff were very slow to our request i.e. when we ask for extra towel, slipper, bathrobe for my son. we almost fell asleep before they came to our room. it even took them an hour to give us a bucket of ice. my husband ring his phone in our room coz he misplaced it and my daughter pressed it and we were surprised they charged for local calls. it's not a big amount but i am surprised that a five star hotel charge local calls. also the staff at the breakfast venue did not inform us that they will charge extra and how much is the charge for bringing my son at the breakfast time because what we know is that breakfast is included for the package. when we went to the 45th floor to check the executive lounge the staff were very rude. i know that suite will include access to this so we went. they just told me that ours doesn't include which surprise me because the package did not mention that it doesn't include the usual perks for a suite. the hotel staff informed us in a very rude way at the 45th floor and seems like asking us to leave immediately even they are not busy actually and we even told me we just want a picture. the staff were not friendly, not helpful, very slow and rude so it is disappointing for a 5 star hotel. the hotel mentioned that they will give us free upgrade because it was my daughter's birthday but they did not. we request for late check out but they only give us one hour extra that i was rushing to pack our things right after breakfast so it was like an amazing race. i reckon hotels give late check out when not busy until 3pm so it was very disappointing looking that they were not really busy that day. also we tried caprice and the staff did not bother to inform us that this restaurant is not really kid friendly so we end up spending so much for the food that my children did not enjoy. then while my son was just holding the glass for water it broke in his hand and cause him a wound. overall i expect the service to be extra special for us because we mentioned that it was my daughter's birthday but i did not feel that they treat us anything special. also i expect higher and better service for a 5 star hotel. i mean if i book a less expensive hotel then it's fine but if you pay more and it's a five star hotel they should have excellent service in everything!
