I have to say this is a great hotel, although as someone else mentioned the rooms are too small. Apart from that, it is just next to the MTR station. Wanchai, however, may not be for everyone and certainly it is not a recomended area for families with children. But if you are in the mood for some interesting sights, then it is okay. Lockhart rd is famous for the nighlife and the go-go clubs where the tourists get fleeced. Everything in the hotel is new and works well. Every detail has been taken care of. The reception is on the 3rd floor and it has no frills. It is kind of a boutique hotel. The rooms do not have great views, but there is not much to look at in that area anyway. It is not cheap, but I think the value for money is positive. There is no breakfast but there are a few places around to eat. This is not the part of town where you want to eat, though, as it caters mostly to tourists and drunk expats.

This hotel is right next to MTR and close to clubs, bars and restaurants. There's a good street food stand across the road which served great food. Plenty of convenience stores close by too. It's an easy walk to the Convention Centre and the water front.
We nearly missed the entrance to this hotel as it is very small and not at all like other entrances. The reception is up on the 3rd floor via the elevator.
The room was small but this is expected in Hong Kong. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom is a great size with fresh linen daily. The staff were friendly and happy to help. Check in and check out was a breeze.

This hotel is a choice for tourists, rIght next to the MTR, this recently opened hotel is in a ideal location. Close to the night life, shops and restaurants which you will need as this hotel has no restaurant. The rooms are new and well appointed, with comfortable beds and plenty of water pressure in the shower.

It's a decent business hotel in Wan Chai right next to the Wan Chai MTR exit and with close proximity/ walking distance to the Convention Center. The staff is helpful and recommended for short business visits. The internet quality is very good as well.

I booked this hotel for my partner and I for 3 nights from 31 dec-03 jan. landed in hk on a red eye flight at 6am and reached the hotel at 7.30am. I was not feeling well and suffering from food poisoning and severe vomiting and diarrhea.

We requested for an early check in which a female front desk staff checked on rooms availability. We were told that we could get a room with 2 single beds at that instance. Being very unwell, we were very appreciative. She then proceeded to check with another staff, keith lai who then proceeded to attend to us. He then told us in a cocky manner " no room. Check in time at 2pm."

We then proceeded to leave our luggage with them. Being dizzy and weak, I decided to take a rest at the lobby for a couple of minutes before heading out, since check In time was at 2pm. I closed my eyes for less than 5 minutes before I was being shouted at from the front desk by keith lai. " EXCUSE ME! NO SLEEPING HERE!" I then mentioned that we were only taking a short rest because I was about to faint. Keith lai replied, " YOU CAN SLEEP SOMEWHERE ELSE" and directed his hands to us to scram.

I am utterly disappointed with the lack of hospitality and service.i was not even lounging. I sat there and shut my eyes for a mere 5 minutes and we were treated like beggars.

I urge all hopeful travellers to reconsider this hotel as your choice, as it lacks not only the professionalism of hospitality towards its guest but also a lack of empathy and service.

Please train your staff to know how to use the computer. They couldn't print a single document of two pages and the manager or someone in charge said "no, cannot." Cannot what? You should find the solution, it's a very simple printer function you can configure 👎 I hope after this issue, they can find a solution for future guests.

As a frequent traveler and have stayed in many higher or lower ranking hotels than this but I've never seen a towel as gross as these two - one thin and yellowish as if it's been used for decades; another one with a cigarette burnt hole!!! Water doesn't go in the shower room as if it's going to flood anytime. Cheap quality amenities...Small room covered by a carpet with stains everywhere... Just gross. I've stayed at the other hotels as Ozo Wesley, Empire and even a cheaper one iClub around the area. But all of the these are much better at this one as they are all in the same price range. Totally not recommended and will never return.

The check-in counter staff is roughly and no smile. You ask, she answer, no more sound.
When I check-out on next day, changed to another male staff. But all are same!!
Is it no training to the staff? or Hotel management like this??

stayed there before and although this time my room was quite small, I still liked the place.
Extremely good location to go to the exhibition centre as you can walk there in 10 minutes. You can also get to Wan Chai MTR station in less than 5.
Maybe not a place to bring the kids due to the girlie bars downstairs but otherwise a great hotel

I booked Brighton Hotel for a 2 night stay in Dec 2014 along with my mum. We had pre-booked the cheapest category. When we arrived, we were told that we were being upgraded and had one of the top floors, which was awesome. Check in and out were both smooth and seamless.

Location-wise, this is just a 30 second walk from the MTR exit and about 5 minutes' walk away from the airport bus stop. Eateries and pubs surround the hotel all round and the streets are never quite empty. Although there is some sleaze, but my mum and I never at anytime felt unsafe.

You need an access card for the lift to activate the floor which your room is on. 2 lifts, tall, narrow building so takes a bit of time to get up and down. The rooms are newly furbished and while small, as is the norm for most budget/mid-priced hotels in Hong Kong, are well appointed. The queen sized bed was comfy and the rain shower was hot and powerful, the way I like it. Everything is spanking new and good value for money. Although the room description included hair dryer in all rooms, we did not find 1 in ours. I suspect it might be a case of having to procure it from reception or room service. That's my only grouse. Rooms are relatively soundproof and housekeeping was diligent.

This is better suited for the business traveller valuing location, solo and younger couples on a mid-ranged budget.

All in all, a good experience and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Yes the main entrance is directly to their lobby when you turn left is their checking counter, they have another side entrance that close to the lift which you will use it to access your room. Sorry for the late reply.
