I had difficulty deciding whether to rate Urban Pack 3 or 4 overall but the price I paid led me to giving a 4. Knowing I was arriving around 2AM, I wanted to avoid spending money on a place that I will be staying less than 12 hours. I found great reviews of Urban Pack online and found a cheap...

This hostel is in a great location and really easy to find as long as you follow the instructions!! We were in a 2 bed private room, bunk beds, toilet and shower, air conditioning and space to put luggage - its compact but this wasn't an issue for us since we spent most of the day out exploring the city....

The location is perfect, very easy to get to and from all the sites. Everything you might need is right there around the hostel, so that's handy. I had a private room with ensuite which was far cheaper than a hotel but still gave me a little space of my own in a city full of people. There was no...

I really recommend Urban Pack, it's a very clean and well equipped Hostel (modern showers, fast internet, coffee maker, fridge etc. The common area on floor 14 are nice, albeit small, but that's expected in Hong Kong. The area around the Hostel is also great, literally a few meters to the Metro and just about anything you need is always...

When you stay in one of Hong Kong's hostels in the high-rise "mansions" you have to know what to expect. The spaces are small, even the private bathrooms are basic. The hostel is just one tenant among many in a huge building. That said, the Urban Pack was a very fine choice. Most importantly, its location was wonderful being within...

Great hostel. It's split on different floors, so that could bother some of you. The socialization wasn't as great as you'd expect, though they do have events you can go to, they are often to rendezvous with tour groups. I'd suggest going to the free walking tour and Dragon's back tour. They also had a few get togethers and go...

Our stay started off great! After an early morning flight to HK from Korea, we arrived and were greeted warmly and helpfully by Albert who gave us a map and great local travel tips ("Tim Ho-hun's, not Tim Horton's"). Spent little time inside as we were there to see the city for just one day, but it was clean and...

Stayed at Urban Pack Hostel on a one night stop over in Hong Kong. The hostel was easy to find and in a great area of Kowloon with shops, transport and places to eat nearby. The Hostel is located over a few floors of the building however there is an elevator. The room was comfortable and clean and the bathrooms...

This is strictly on their customer service. I get how these hostels work. They employ someone for free stay, but do they even review these people? I emailed them prior to my stay days before notifying a slight change. A couple days roll by and no reply so I thought I would bump it up in their email inbox by...

Dear Jordan, How's funny you wrote us this review here. Firstly, you didn't even stay in our hostel so how do you know we employ anyone for free stay?? You tried to cancelled one person from your original 2 people booking via email on May 22nd and you were supposed to be check -in on the 25th but the fact...

Urban pack is in a great location and its really easy to make friends with other travellers there. The staff are really friendly and informative, and they organise social events each day/night which are a great way to meet people and to explore around hong kong. I would definitely recommend this hostel.
