Very good location, near Wan Chai MTR station. Staff are professional, friendly and always helpful. Just one example - they offered us an umbrella when we hadn't one. Constant free coffee available. Our room with shower, fully equipped kitchen, table and sofa was ideal for our stay of three weeks - or longer. Good views both of the tree-clad hills and of the city from the upper floors. Attractive youthful design of common areas and rooms by Alex Mok of Linehouse. Only drawback was 50 yards of steep hill to get to the entrance - not a real problem if you are fairly fit! When next in HK we hope to return.

I booked Eaton Residence for my birthday celebration. Before I reserved my booking, I have a lot of questions. But the staffs were so nice and answer all my questions. They even called me in case explained not details and clear. Because the check in date is my birthday, they have upgraded my room and the room is so big, cozy and comfortable. My boyfriend also satisfy with the room I enjoy my stay and I would definitely come back!

The location is really good. It's near the MTR Wan Chai station, tram and bus station. There are lots of stores and even get the chance to experience a local wet market where you can buy fresh and live seafoods. The property is clean, safe and spacious. We experienced good customer service from the Ying'NFlo team. We will definitely come back here.

Have stayed at the hotel for several weeks in February and March. Formerly Eaton Residences now rebranded as YingnFlo. A clean, quiet and well maintained hotel providing suites which are by Hong Kong standard very roomy. Small yet well equipped kitchen with sink, cooktop, fridge and washer/dryer. Friendly and very helpful staff. Located just off one of the busy main roads about 20 meters up a slight slope. Two minutes walk down to to banks, eateries, shops, supermarket and other amenities. Very convenient in accessing public transport including buses, trams and subway. Original gym has been transformed into a comfortable lounge for guests. Overall an ideal place to stay whilst visiting Hong Kong.

Stayed 2Ns and overall, is a great place to stay especially for long-stay. Great location that is 5mins walk to the nearest train station with a good mix of local and international food to suit most budget within the vicinity, where you can experience the hustle & bustle of both the contemporary and 90s urban HK. Likes: Room is newly renovated and in-room facilities has vastly improved since my last stay many years ago when it was still branded as Eastin apartment, windows can be opened if you like to air your room, room size is fine and functional, friendly and easy-going front desk. Decent serviced apartment with in-room washer with an attractive price point is hard to find in HK.. Dislikes: Cold air seeping into the room is still a problem especially the shower area, which can get very cold and you don't want to risk electrocution by bringing the portable heater provided into the shower. Sink water temperature is unstable and always freezing cold unless I let it run for a few mins at high pressure (which is quite a waste of water). Lastly, this property is located on a steep slope and I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with reduced mobility as the driveway is narrow and difficult for sedan car to navigate.…

Ying'n Flo (previously Eaton Residences) is located in Wan Chai district. The location is convenient - close to the wet market, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafes. Everything is walkable. In terms of transportation, you can access the MTR, tram and buses quite efficiently connecting you to any part of Hong Kong. We were 2 adults and 1 child staying at Ying'nFlo. The rooms are clean, have access to natural light during the day and are fully equip with necessities. The highlight of choosing Ying'nFlo was the presence of a pantry in every room. With 2 hob stoves, a toaster, a kettle and a microwave, the kitchenette ensured I was able to organize a meal for my fussy five year old anytime. It also meant, we could grab some pasta sauce at Marks and Spences and whip up spaghetti in a jiffy before heading out for shopping or sightseeing. The kitchenette also contained a washer/drier which was super convenient as opposed to carrying out and picking up laundry from one of the close by laundry stores. What I loved the most is the staff. Everyone is super friendly and willing to help. The lobby area is worth mentioning, great to catch up with a few friends in a relaxed atmosphere. Every morning, breakfast breads, fruits and coffee were available at the front desk. You need to head down to collect them. We have access to 'The Standard' - a free newspaper in Hong Kong, to have something to read. Rooms have arm chairs, a dining table and double beds. The blinds are great for the night, they keep the light out. The washrooms contain a stand in shower. Overall, a great place to stay! Some things to consider. The apartment is located up a slope. Takes about 3 minutes to walk to. Also, can walk through the small park towards the next street, but it is STILL a sloped walk, which can be tough if you wear heels or if you have a child you need to carry. I believe they are renovating some of their rooms currently under the new brand. We had a few cabinets that had lost their magnetic closing ability, but that didn't bother us. Just an observation. I stayed in Ying'nFlo for 9 months from March 2022 - December 2022, ever since it's still branded as Eaton Residences. In the beginning, I only booked for 3 months. Just as a temporary place for me to crash after getting out from Hong Kong quarantine hotel, before I can get myself a permanent apartment. Alas, I did fall in love with it and then extend the stay for another 6 months. It really feels like home, but with all the benefit of a serviced apartment. Location is excellent. Just at the heart of Wan Chai. Super convenient with all kind of transport options (Tram, MTR, Bus), shops, restaurants, supermarket, etc. But what makes it stand out for me is the services. All the staff in Ying'nFlo is always very helpful, friendly, and attentive. Never once I have to complain about anything during my stay. I have type 01 room on the 2nd floor. Spacious enough for 1 person, but of course you can expect a good view. While there was construction works for almost more than half of my staying period, I didn't feel disturbance at all. A small hike is needed to reach the location. On my check-in day, I arrived by taxi. Can't imagine if I need too drag my luggages through the hill. I only feel bad for all the couriers that need to hike to the location to deliver my packages. With the rebranding, they upgraded all the furniture and appliances in the room. But of course that comes with a significant increase in the rent, so I decided not to extend anymore. I really feel so sad when I left Ying'nFlo. Even until my check-out day, the staff still helps me to find a taxi for me to get to my new apartment. I…

Airy, bright rooms - the ones ending with 03 on each floor - were for me the highlight of my 2+ months stay apart from the efficient, courteous service. Ruby, Ken, everyone else in the staff were very helpful, friendly & efficient. The location of the property is super convenient in Wanchai (lots of supermarkets, shopping options, restaurants, cafes, bars, transport options abound in the neighbourhood) & while there is a slight uphill climb (less than 50 metres) to reach the property on foot (should you choose to walk), I quite enjoy it every day. There are more luxurious serviced residences - for a similar price - if you are fine to stay 10-20 mins aways from Central-Admiralty-Wanchai area on HK island (& Kowloon/NT); however, the combination of bright, airy rooms, courteous, efficient & helpful staff & the location seal(ed) the deal for me. The lack of a fitness centre in the property &/or any tie up with a fitness centre/yoga centre in the neighbourhood are the only 'fly in the ointment' & make it less than perfect.…

Booked a 6 days stay, on the third day, water pump has broken down and had to queue for a shower, so literally it’s like staying at a hostel where you share a bathroom. Then the water heating system has broken down in our own room, choice offered:- either move to a room that would disturbed by noise with construction work starting at 9 or we go to a different room for shower….. Have to be careful when you are walking in and out of the building as well since there’s construction work going on. Would suggest them to not to take reservations for the time being since areas under construction is not isolated from where you walk pass daily.

I stayed here for a work assignment which lasted 2 years and 2 months, so this became my 2nd home away from home. For me, what makes this place stand out is the great staff. The Reception staff are attentive, multilingual, immediately responsive if I had questions or issues, and above all super courteous. Someone is on duty 24/7. The cleaning ladies work to a high quality standard to their set schedule; never had any issues. Important notices are left in your apartment, and they give ample notice for building maintenance work that might be inconvenient. Should you happen to stay during major holidays, you will find a small mooncake or some sweets with a note to brighten your day. Location is close to MTR station and major bus stops. You are surrounded by shops, street markets, and plenty of restaurant choices. The Post Office is literally next door. However, Wan Chai Gap Road is an inclined driveway and generally not ideal for taxis to drive up there. Room is spacious for 1 person, and the design for X03 room is partitioned nicely to allow for hidden storage space. Kitchen is equipped for basic cooking needs with workable appliances, large fridge and 2 sets of cutlery and tableware. You also have a washer+dryer unit. Having stayed so long, things did break down and required fixing. In those cases, the staff always endeavored to have it fixed ASAP. On a few occasions, they let me to stay in another room if more time was needed. Highly recommend!…
