Waiting for elevator over an hour each time. Had to walk down 35 floors every day. Room too small and unable to fit in bathroom to use toilet as the sink took up more than half the bathroom space. Rooms claustrophobic even with harbour view.

Very very very small room. Toilet is next to the tub when I shut down my knees, actually touch the tub and I’m not that tall about 5 foot six so I’m relatively short. Hotel is in need of her total renovation looks like 60s decor. But on the plus side, it has a good view of the harbor.

I stayed for two nights. The room is really small. Okay, I understand, because the room price is cheap. The reception was not nice to me. They yell at me! Oh my god, It’s bad experience for me! Please yell at your family, not me. Never come back again.

Dormitory & Hostel by Ramada in Hong Kong is lowest Ramada chain can go. Rude reception desk staff who dont smile, are arrogant when requested for anything , the lady at reception even flipped the room key at me :) . Thats my first experience in so many years of travel. People in general are more arrogant and short tempered in Hong Kong ( same like in New York) as compared to rest of Asia such as Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia but this was quite an experience. ** I would also say ecommerce website like Makemy Trip from India need to shape up. Booked through #makemytrip , realized it was booked via #booking.com by the website. ** Had reserved higher category room for ocean view , higher floor and bigger room. But #makemytrip refused to respond, booking.com did not acknowledge , hotel staff clearly mentioned : speak to your ecommerce website ** Ramada hotel front desk manager and his staff were at their rude best : ON asking higher floor was flatly refused while the hotel had many rooms available . On asking ocean view : they refused saying they cannot do it. I can leave the hotel if i wish. On asking if i can upgrade my room by paying extra : they refused that as well . ** They refused to give me the hotel voucher in office name which is issued by all hotels upon checkin / check out. The room is very small ( one of the smallest one can imagine). bathroom cannot be used by old people as one has to climb into the shower , room is quite dirty ( they seldom clean the carpets ). ** Elevators can take anywhere upto 10 to 15 minutes . Only 3 elevators which is also used by service staff for their laundry and other stuff, often causing you delay ** Breakfast is hilarious : few boiled eggs, badly done sausages, beans and cut water melon ( served in unhygienic manner). The entire experience is like a hostel at Ramada. Better avoid this hotel . For same budget there are many other hotels near by which are cleaner, with ocean view , helping staff .

We booked our stay via Agoda. The reviews made the place sound not that bad. Almost too good to be true. Unfortunately, I booked our stay one day early, not accounting for the time difference. So when we arrived, the reservation had already been automatically cancelled. Not to worry. The manager made some calls and somehow discovered one more room that was still available. It would, of course, not be as cheap, but the thought of looking for another hotel sounded way worse. So, we accepted the offer and gratefully made our way up to our room. Well, it was technically a room, even though with all the furniture, there was basically nowhere to open our bags and unpack our things. My wife, being from HK, figured out how to rearrange things (e.g., removing a lamp to use a nightstand as a table), so we could actually open our suitcases and sort of live with our situation. But what you really need to know about is the bathroom. The bathroom was the most ridiculous part of the entire space. It was barely large enough to fit a bath, yet they squeezed a toilet in there, somehow. And when I say they squeezed it in, I mean, you have to fairly thin to get around in there. And when you need to sit on the toilet, you have to basically disrobe, so you can spread your legs wide enough. Otherwise, the bathtub will get in the way of your legs. Oh, and that bathtub. The tub, though it took up the full length of the bathroom, the depth did not reach as far. So, if you're stepping into it (and it's more like climbing into it), you have to kind of make sure you're stepping into the deepest part. Then there's the issue of the water leaking onto the floor. See, because of the shower tends to spray against the wall, it accumulates on the flat surface at the end of the tub, so it starts pouring onto the bathroom floor. If you're careful, you can avoid this, but it requires you to basically hang on to the shower head and point it downward when you're not using it. Another thing about this property is that it's very popular with tour groups, so you'll find yourself waiting in the lobby for one of three elevators (though there's a secret fourth one for staff behind a nearby door). All in all, it' s a great location, close to the metro station and cheap restaurants. Nevertheless, I don't think we'd stay here again. I'm way too old to risk my life every time I want to take a shower.

The hotel images are deceptive. Room was incredibly small. Nothing like the pictures on the website. I am working while on vacation but there was no room to set up my laptop except on the bed. The bathroom was terrible. It was so small that I have to stand on the toilet to get in and out of the shower. There was no room to actually sit on the toilet as some building infrastructure intruded on the bathroom space. I tried asking for another room but they ignored me. I booked with Agoda. This was the second time Agoda has let me down. There is no way to complain with Agoda. I advise against using them.

Appalling hotel, walls and windows covered in mould. Damp and poor airconditioning which smelt rotten. Checked out after first night, despite a room change to another room which was just as bad. Person I spoke to express feedback didn’t say anything and threw another key card at me. Be warned.

NEGATIVE 1000 STARS! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Worst and most disgusting hotel ever. Hotel smelt of Mould and once we got to our room we discovered every wall covered in BLACK MOLD! EVERYWHERE! The bathroom was disgusting covered in hair and mold and rust, even the door hinges had fluffy Mould on them, the smell was horrendous and made us feel instantly sick. We complained and asked for a refund as we refused to stay there and the hotel said "Some rooms are clean, some aren't" and were the RUDEST people I have ever come across. They asked for us to prove the Black Mold so we showed photos and let them know we would take them upstairs and show them which they said they "couldn't be bothered" NEVER EVER EVER EVER STAY HERE. Still no refund and they also claimed that they didn't have email or anything to be able to send a confirmation that we did not stay there.. Pathetic horrible place.

A lot of ants and occasionally a cockroach. No room cleaning service with repeated promise to clean. Why not just say we don't clean the room! Residents need to go the carpark to get the consumables and towels by themselves. The guard looking after the consumables and towels act like a policeman questioning residents like stop and search on the street. Taking those things like you are stealing properties of the Hotel!
