My parents recently stayed at Dorsett Kwun Tong various times during their month and a half long trip (and have stayed at this hotel too before the pandemic). They appreciate the staff's friendly and prompt assistance (Ricky, one of the female receptionists working at the front desk that they couldn't recall her name), the harbor view from their room, and close proximity to the MTR station. They also frequented the restaurant located in the hotel a few times and enjoyed going there for dinner. I believe the hotel had/has been going through some renovations. The only room for improvement is the carpeting (looked old and could use a deep cleaning). Thank you for always providing a comfortable stay!

I stayed here for 5 nights after a leisure trip in Europe, to self-quarantine for safe before returning home. This hotel was a quarantine hotel before so I could see its experience and health measures. My room is spacious very clean and cozy. Everything functional. Many TV channels too which I enjoy. I picked this because it's near my working place. It needs 10 mins walk to the nearest metro station Kwun Tong which is always busy. Many restaurants nearby but they are rather local and of lower class. The area is industrial and commercial. There's a decent mall called APM on the metro station. I paid extra HKD88 for buffet breakfast which has lots of variety and good, they tried to make something different each day and I didn't see any main hot dish repeated during the 5 days I was there. The restaurant will be a Chinese Michelin-star (or recommended?) restaurant at dinner famous for marinated goose. Staff nice and helpful. Overall I enjoy my stay and recommend this hotel if the location fits you.…

I am very satisfied with the Dorsett Kwun Tong Hotel. The location is close to MTR station. The room gives decent size for 2 persons and the condition is great. It represents a good value for the money. The staff gives excellent service to me. That included front desk, concierge staff, house keeping. The front desk manager Danny Szeto went the extra mile! He helped me during my long stay in the hotel several times. There is 1 star michelin Chinese restaurant in this hotel. Wow, the food is superb! I will book this hotel next time and have already recommended to my friends in Hong Kong and the USA.

We have recent checked-out on our 109th night at Dorsett Kwun Tong. Great staff: 1) I was greeted by name as I was approaching the reception counter at check-in. 2) Cleaners are always very helpful and pro-actively in providing clean lien and water. 3) Staff at the front desk are helpful in calling taxi, printing documents and storing luggage. 4) All the staff I met were very professional and polite. Great room with great price! Great location at Kowloon East!

Due to the family matters, my sister & I stayed 3 weeks in Dorsett Kwun Tong , we were looked after well by the staffs, they are so warm & caring, we were so settled & felt like second home in this hotel. I chose this hotel because of the isolation, the room is clean and hygienic, and the overall hotel environment is also very quiet. The service staff was very welcoming and serviceable, especially Danny, who helped us out very patiently and helped us a lot during the whole housing period.

Dorset always provides us the best experience，l ocation，service and food. It feels like to stay at home. The hall's decoration is full of sci-fi.I can say it's quite sick! The stuffs here are always enthusiastic.They help me to solve all of the problems as making the reservation, cleaning the room, they are reliable. We stayed in Dorsett Kwun Tong for 1 week in superior room. The room was clean and the shower was very good with strong hot water. Desk was a bit small for work though. Eva of the front desk section was very helpful and attended to our needs quickly. A very pleasant stay overall.
