We stayed in Nina Hotel Kowloon East in January. The service at this hotel is top notch. The location is wonderful, and you can easily get to MTR station and Kwun Tong Promenade. The room was clean and relatively big compared with other hotels in the same region. In addition, Twist Restaurant was great and the view of the harbor magnificent. The staff and service were awesome, I would like to thank you Karrie and Jackie from Call Centre. We loved our time there and highly recommend.

L'hotel elan is a sweet and excellent hotel in Hong Kong, located at a convenient but not crowded area, the walking distance from mtr station to Elan is just around 5 minutes. Apart from the friendly distance, Elan is also near the Kwun Tong harbourfront, we can go to take some fresh air in this critical period. As mentioned in the title, the hotel is in a wooden-style which is simple and soft. The check-in lobby is located at the highest floor, 35/F. We can enjoy the views when managing the check-in procedures, the staff was very nice and explained the arrangements under the COVID-19 situation. The sweetest thing was, the day I check-in was near my birthday, and the hotel knew it and provided a free upgrade and a complimentary birthday cake for us. What a kind gesture. The upgraded room was decent, the area inside was quite big, we could enjoy the mini-bar and also Nestle coffee capsules. One more thing I want to point out is the toilet was very big, which was out of my expectation. We enjoyed a very happy night indeed. Lastly, the free breakfast was cool. But unluckily, we could not enjoy the breakfast buffet due to the restrictions. Without certain limitations, everything was just perfect. Simply, strongly recommended.…

We booked 1 night staycation with ‘Staycation delights’ promotion. The reservation department staffs are very responsive and helpful. Especially one of the staff named Maggie, she answered our phone calls in patient, and tried her best to fulfilling our request. Overall the staying experience is wonderful, with the nice service of the front desk staff. Also the facilities are great for enjoying the holiday with family.

This was my daughter’s birthday staycation. I’ve booked a package with picnic basket. The food portion was big and good taste. Thank you for hotel provided beautiful birthday decoration. And the cake was wonderful. We had great time there. The suite is big and cozy. Will definitely visit again.
