Stayed here twice and found it to be well sited and fun to be there. Room was fine, everything worked and it was clean and well cared for. Great location, near to markets and to Nathan Road. Restaurants are also nearby, all in all, no problems and very reasonable to stay at. Will stay again this year if possible.
We have now stayed here twice. Not in the most salubrious of surroundings but it is in an excellent location for the markets and underground. Yes the rooms are small but they were clean and adequate - lets face it you are out most of the day. Breakfast was reasonable and the staff helpful. It is cheap and cheerful.
The room was clean enough, but tiny. Location was good - a couple of blocks away from the Ladies' Market.
For those of you who are used to the U.S. standard of cleanliness, do NOT live here....mildew on walls, cracks, mirrors, everywhere....smells...small...janitors are not professional. Broken toilets, shower heads, not enough lighting in bathrooms... Great view though since it's surrounded by shorter buildings. 1 great thing: you can't beat the location -- in the heart of the best shopping area!
