Lovely hotel after renovation, room with white walls, tiles on the floor instead of dusty carpet. Comfortable bed, high quality white linens and towels. Clean bathroom with good lighting. Good water pressure and toiletries replenished daily. Large wardrobe, safe and slippers. Cons: No bathrobes or suitcase holder. Breakfast is quite varied, but sometimes it was difficult to find a free place.

It was a good hotel for the price. I needed a place to stay overnight to get back to the mainland and it didn't disappoint. Whilst this may have been a 4 star hotel in the past, it has obviously aged overtime. The room was comfortable as was the bed. Breakfast was based on a set menu and I was offered juice, coffee and three options. It was tasty, if a little on the small side - but again, considering the price, the breakfast was a welcome addition. Lobby staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

If you are looking for a monthly rental hotel, please do not stay in this hotel. It is really disappointing. There are only two rolls of toilet paper, 1 opened tissue box, 2 bottles of water, and 4 clothes hangers (there are a few more after complaints), etc... None of them will be provided, and there are only one set towel each. If the hotel thinks that the price can be raised, and has never stayed in a hotel that abused the long-term tenant like this, and does not want to keep customers, if this time is not a major wrong choice of the company, I will leave immediately. All employees have no training in attitude , The operator, the housekeeping, the front desk manager (except Maggie at the front desk) After staying for 28 days, I will not live in this group hotel anymore. If you have a choice, please consider it!!

Rate is good for a monthly stay, good location and weekly cleaning is acceptable. However, the hotel has the WORST WIFI of any hotel I have ever stayed - the listing says high speed internet, I can assure you it is NOT. So if you stay here, I would suggest you purchase a SIM card and hotspot to your phone or you can forget about watching Netflix, or even any emails with an attachment larger than 1 mb …

It’s the first time that staying in this hotel and it seems really impressive. The staff was gentle and it was rarely to find the polite employees within this room rate nowadays. The room was not bad and in-room amenities were quite enough. However, the double bed was not a real queen bed, just like twin bed put together as one big bed and the middle side was uneven. btw, the cost-effective price can make the imperfect things become more reasonable. We still suggest others to choose this hotel. A 24H supermarket located nearby, and I trust you will find it comfortable and convenient when you feel hungry at midnight.

We stayed for 4 nights, the only great thing about this hotel is its location, close to everything. The rooms are very small, not as clean as it should be or as I would want it to be, that bothered me quite a lot, way overpriced. Service was average, bartender didn't understand a word English. Swimming pool still closed for maintenance.

The location of this hotel is excellent , close to shops , restaurants , bars , metro and the waterfront , all in walking distance. The staff is very helpful and check in and out was smooth. The hotel is clean and the room is comfortable for a short stay. Breakfast is excellent as there is a good spread for the buffet. We had a room with a view onto the harbor which made it even more worth the stay! Will definitely stay here again. Only negative , the TV does not have a good variety of channels to watch but this was not important for us.

My room was upgraded to an executive suite and was fairly spacious. I think it would be nice to have a warm water washing toilet seat. The air conditioner is effective and cold. Breakfast buffet was also rich in variety and was delicious.

Good sized room in the heart of Kowloon, close to all of Hong Kong’s key sites—nice view from the 25th Floor, unfortunately too deep in Kowloon to see Victoria Bay. Nice staff, but their English isn’t very good overall. The bartender couldn’t even understand an order for red wine. That said, they are all nice and do their best. A little dated, but we were fine with it.

Disaster.... Pluses: - good location - tsim sha tsui; - New hotel with spacious rooms; Minuses: - service is poor... starting from check-in and payment process - really bad experience. Took like 30 mins.... and arguing... Ruined my stay and was super tired after long flight; - Taxi driver took me to another hotel - Empire hotel. As Trip.com dont have clear address in ch and eng for this hotel. And maybe NEED TO EXPLAIN ONLINE THAT NEED TO PAY ATTENTION THERE IS ANOTHER HOTEL.... So had to walk here... - It doesnt exist on Apple maps... and only in Korean in Google maps... maps send u to Causeway bay... and cant find in location on wechat... - All lights switches in Chinese language... seriously?... when u switch off something - cant switch on bathroom.... takes lots of time to figure out... - So many stuff in the room... super eco-unfriendly.... so many packages, paper, extra useless things .... - very bad sound isolation. Cold floor with no carpets - is like sound amplifier.... hear everything inside building, hallway, even water inside pipes... - Breakfast... LOL ... u have to go to another hotel to have breakfast..... that is first time.... belong to same group..... - pool.... LOL... ye... u have to go to another building to swim.... - absolutely does bot worth it.... - Wifi is super bad inside room. Skype call (audio) for work could not get through... same for simple Netflix videos - slow and disconnected... 21st century - wifi is kind of essential... Total disaster.... there are so many better hotels around - YMCA, Panorama, Hilton Garden in... any hotel would be better...
