Stay here yesterday. Came here around 3pm and there are soooo many people waiting for check in(I think around 30 person), beside the check in queue they also have a queue said express check in with a machine. A concierge staff saw we looked curious about it and he explained if our booking has been fully paid and use credit card for deposit then we are eligible for the express check in. Check in was fast and smooth(took around 5 minutes), compare to the long check in queue I think the machine is a better alternative. Well done royal plaza.

It was a lovely stay at Royal Plaza Hotel will great services all around. Cannot think of any fault from Frontline staff to room cleanliness. The room was clean, looks modern. The hotel is next to a shopping, which is very convenient. Will be back very soon again.

It was a nightmare to stay at Royal Plaza Hotel last night for celebrating birthday with two of my friends. The nightmare started at the front desk which provided a forgettable bad attitude experience by the front desk agent (Name: Kiki). We planned to store our luggage in the morning and went out for a day. As usual in every hotelsss (including the hostelssss), we approach the front desk and ask for registration and store our bags when we arrive early (I totally understand early check-in may not be available, especially since we are not going to have a room that early). Kiki reject our request with an extremely unacceptable attitude (I did mention we are not going to ask for early check-in), she “Ordered” us to store our bags with the concierge. Kiki’s attitude really breakdown our atmosphere for celebrating birthday. Lastly, we asked for a nonsmoking room upon reserving the booking at Agoda and upon check-in. However, the smoking room (Room 1754) was provided without any explanation.…
