My child has lost my ring in the room while playing with my ring, and he cannot recall where he dropped it. Despite my frantic search, I couldn't locate the ring and I began to worry. I immediately informed the front desk about the situation, and they promptly sent Mr Ken of FD team, together with his staff, to my room to assist in searching for the lost ring. I was astonished by their dedication and commitment to helping me, as they meticulously combed through every corner of the room to ensure that no stone was left unturned. What truly went above and beyond my expectations was the willingness of your staff to go the extra mile. They even took the initiative to search the basin pipe, fearing that the ring might have been washed down. The Park Hotel was well located for the main Nathan Rd shopping and within easy reach of the harbour front which gave easy access to the ferries and the "Avenue of Stars". Rooms were of a good size and staff were very helpful.

Excellent hotel in very good location. Lovely spacious room with very comfy bed and pillows. Concierge and all staff most helpful. Buffet breakfast amazing, Everything from toast to vegetable curry! Great selection. When we checked out, we left our luggage at the hotel so that we could spend some more time in the city before our flight. When we got back to collect our cases, the manager came to tell us that we had left an envelope in the room safe with a lot of cash in it, which was safely returned.

The reception and concierge service at the Park Hotel is excellent and was beyond my expectations, especially in comparison with other 4* hotels in Hong Kong. Close to stations on two lines on the MTR makes it really convenient. Superior room was the largest of its class I have enjoyed in Hong Kong. The standard of cleanliness in the room was excellent. Hotel lunch was good as an occasional treat and the breakfast was good and good value.

I love to stay here, the guest room is clean and the staff is helpful, good services, I stay in deluxe triple room for one night (its very spacious, love it) and deluxe family room for 4 nights and it's spacious for 4 adult. and easy to find restaurants near this hotel, near to MRT, and you can find a lot minimarket too

We went as a family with a 4-year-old toddler. We loved our stay in this property and have already recommended to our friends and family who will be traveling to HK within the next few months. Things we liked about the hotel: Location -proximity to MTR station and bus stops -proximity to nearby food stall, restaurants, and mall -There’s also a 7-eleven convenience store and money exchange across the street Service -Concierge helped us freeze our gel ice pack for my breastmilk which we will be bringing back home -We just asked for a step stool for our child so she can reach the sink and toilet, but the hotel went above and beyond. They gave us a whole kit: Ikea step stool, Ikea toilet seat, 2 sets of disposable hotel slippers and hygiene kits -We liked the excellent service the concierge team provided us, namely Jimmy. We were simply asking for where the nearest bus stop was, but he asked us our desired destination so that he could truly help us get on the correct bus. He also hailed a taxi for us via an app when we needed to go to the airport ensuring we got the correct car size for our many luggages Room -Room was clean. No musty smell or any other undesirables. -Toilet and shower also clean and well maintained -Loved the ample table space for when we chose to bring back food from the restaurants and just dine in the room…

I had a wedding dinner buffet at Park Hotel Hong Kong this month, I have to say this was one of the best decisions I have ever made haha. The service quality from planning to serving was high, food was delicious and was refilled very quickly (none of my guests complained!). Everyone had enjoyed it!

We stayed at Park hotel for Clockenflap 2023 festival. The hotel is very nice and clean, also very good location with lots of good restaurants nearby. Try dim sum opposit to the hotel, very delicious.

The location was great, with many cafes, 7-11 across the road, supermart round the corner and MTR an easy 5-min walk. Found a couple of cafes which offer very good breakfast choices. We stayed 5 nights and thus all these were extremely useful. The hotel facilities are good, the room has many power and USB points for charging electronic devices. We especially appreciate the great housekeeping service ! Our requests were very promptly attended to, and the room kept spotless. It was such a pleasure to return each day to a sparkling clean room. Kudos to the housekeeping team which manages the 10th floor ! The concierge was quick, efficient and helpful. All in all, a very good stay in Kowloon. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Hongkong.

Had just checked out after a 4 night stay. This hotel does have some positives and tick some boxes. There are many eateries in the vicinity and there is also a supermarket nearby. But the positives probably ends here. Rooms are supposed to be of decent size room but we were allocated probably the smallest room at 806. Room 806 is probably a fraction of what other rooms in terms of size. Wifi was also mostly frustratingly slow. In room 806, there is a gigantic blue neon sign shining into the room. It is actually the hotel sign. In room 806, the letter ‘T’ is just outside the window. When you are lying on the bed, it can also blind you temporarily if you happen to look out of the window and look into the letter ‘T’ which is just 30-40 centimeters outside the window. We had to keep the curtains drawn throughout our stay. The hotel also has a very bizarre deposit policy. The amount of deposit is calculated per day instead of a ballpark amount. I had to put a cash deposit of USD 300 for a 4 day stay. The location is another big boo boo. While it is in Tsim Sha Tsui, it is very far from the nearest subway. We had to walk 468 meters to reach the subway entrance. It is also a difficult walk as the walkways en-route to the subway very crowded all the time. I won’t recommend this as there are many choices at the same price point.…

We have noted your valuable feedback on your impression on the room size in the room you stayed and regret that it may not meet your expectation. Currently, our hotel has 335 guest rooms in various categories and different sizes, with diverse views to cater for guest preference and needs. In general, we will arrange rooms according to any special request made by the guests when they reserved a room. We certainly do our best to accommodate guests’ request though it is not guaranteed. Besides, we noted your comment on the neon sign outside the window and hope that it did not cause too much of any inconvenience. The neon sign is turned on at night time only and will be not seen when the curtain is partially drawn and the room will be black out if the curtain is fully drawn during sleeping time. Meanwhile, a comprehensive check on the Wifi signal in the hotel was conducted right after receiving your comment to ensure it functions properly. The hotel has completed the upgrade of network equipment few months ago to further enhance the network speed. You are always encouraged to contact our staff members who are readily available to offer assistance during your stay. In regard to your feedback on deposit collection, we seek your kind understanding that it is a general practice for hotels to collect incidental deposit from guests upon check-in even if the guest has fully paid the accommodation fee. The deposit amount is usually calculated based on the number of rooms and staying days. Guests can choose to pay deposit by cash or credit card, and the amount will be refunded to the guest upon check-out if the guest has not consumed other services such as mini-bar, laundry service and IDD calls during the stay. Please rest assured that we will make every effort to seek continuous improvements in providing our guests with the best service experience.
