They're currently working on updating the exterior, but the interior is in desperate need of an update. The floors and some of the rooms smell faintly of smoke despite it being non smoking, and my mom found a cigarette butt in the hallz I found the bed very uncomfortable and hard. The bathroom is quite dated. The shower head is much too low, and this is coming from someone who's 5'5. The water pressure is much too hard even on the spray setting.
Excellent location: 30 min by airport bus, and the bus stop to the airport is just right outside (bus stop from the airport is just across the street from the hotel). 10 min walk to the MTR station, and lots of shopping and restaurant options available just downstairs from the hotel! There is even a grocery store!
Mini fridge, water kettle and 2 bottles of water a day are provided in the room.
Well equipped and maintained gym available, there is a nice outdoor swimming pool, but it was closed for the winter. There is, however, still access to the steam room and sauna, which are separated by gender. There are showers and secure lockers in the change room, but no toiletries, so bring your own from your room.
The game room is pretty nice too, with a pool table, air hockey and foosball.
There are laundry facilities available for a cost of $25 HKD per token (a token is needed for the washer and the dryer), which is just a bit pricier than the local laundry service nearby that cost $41 for up to 7 lbs.
Free hotel shuttle to and from TST.
Free wifi.
Bulk toiletries provided: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. Toothbrush and toothpaste are provided as well. Disposable slippers also available.

We appreciate the nice and clean rooms which equiped with practical amenities- we can asked for the replenishment by dialing "0" or "6" on the phone. The housekeeping staffs would do so and then clean our room couple of times a day, which we are satisfied by that the most.
The hotel has good locations where we could purchase souveniors on the B1 and B2 floor by the elevators. It has the sports bar opposite the reception where we can always watch the biggest sports competitions live and drink beer from all over the world. The food was phenomenal inasmuch as the breakfast had a numerous dishes from Asian cuisine to European; lunch and dinner were also overtly delectable in Yin Yun.
The staffs like Minjee, Kenneth, Bun, William, John provided as a massive and comfortable room for us to stay and delivered all of our bulky loads of stuffs in there. They were extremely benevloent to us and arranged transportations for us to go to many places in Hong Kong- their demanors enable us to make ourselves at home.
We would come to visit the staffs once again if the holiday comes.

It was my second review for Panda Hotel. Cleanliness was improved. When we walked into the room, there was strong bleach smell. They did some minor improvement for the room, we could charge our mobiles using the USB ports. The carpet might be changed or repaired. Staff were friendly. We didn't try their restaurants this time as we just had a sleep and went to the airport in the early morning. The location is convenient, 30 minutes taxi ride from/to the airport (the taxi fare was around HK$210). I recommend Panda Hotel for their good value and good service.

Stayed in Panda Hotel for almost 20 days and the experience was good. Even though the lobby is always crowded with guests, the rooms are very quite and in good condition. The staff is well mannered and helpful. Need to say a special thanks to the concierge team who always helped me out with the directions and booking taxis and converse in the local dialect so that my journey is always smooth. Special thanks to Nafeesa..! Had a great time with a lot of fantastic memories.

A family of 4 stayed on 20th floor for 10nights. We stayed here in 2018 and everything was perfect but this time is not as good as it was then. Majority of the staff are polite and well mannered but some are not. The biggest problem was air con and wifi. We did complain about air con but not much done about it and we unpacked 4 suitcases so didnt bother as changing room is hell for us with 2 young children. Wifi is pretty rubbish cant never watch you tube so we bought phone card with unlimited data. We travel back to hk annually so next we probably look for different hotel.

Thank you so much for the hotel staffs. Toni, Stanley, Bee, Kenneth ,and John assisted us placing all our luggage into the safe area and they assisted us with putting heavy load of luagges into our room after the chek-in. They aslo arranged the transportations for us to go to Disneyland as well as different famous places. We also appreciated other staffs like Juergen, Minjee, Micheal Wong, and Alison provided us the luxurious room for us to stay. The housekeeping staff was responsible enough to clean our room regularly-we are so sorry that we forget her name.

It took my colleagues and I around couple of minutes arriving to the panda hotel by buses or MTR. The hotel is located above some shopping centers and diverse Indian and Chinese restaurants, so eating out and shopping aren't the issues for all of us.
The executive room is spacious and equipped with all amenities such sa kettle, refrigerator, safe, hairdryer, iron, etc; The bathroom, on the other hand, didn't come with doors, since we did care about our privacy. Furthermore, the switch wasn't working properly. The bathroom ceiling edges were quite moody and black. We did make a request for a room change because of those issues. After couple of minutes, some gentlemen such as Stanley, Jordon, Toni, Sam, and John assisted us in putting all loads of our stuffs into our new room. But they also helped us out to call taxis to our meeting places as well as some famous Hong Kong places where we were dying to visit.
The daily necessities ie toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, etc can be replenished anytime as long as we dial 0 or 6 on the phone to ask the housekeeping staffs to do so. They greeted us friendly and promised to rearrange and clean our room two times a day.
Most of the staffs were polite, friendly and helpful. The front desk staffs, for example, Eric, Micheal, Alison, Juergen and the others were very helpful with our room booking service during our first day visit. The reasonable price of the business booking and the great hotel staffs are the main reasons for us to stay in the hotel in the upcoming future.

After three years, we finally returned to Hong Kong to see our family and booked Panda Hotel for two weeks (its location is perfect for my parents' place at Tsuen Wan)
We stayed at the two bedrooms suite and the room size is very spacious and setting is comfortable. The hotel location is very convenient and close to MTR station so it's very accessible to everywhere. There are plenty of choices for shopping and eateries.
What made me writing for this review is the hotel itself. The staff are friendly and responsive to my enquiries. The cleaning staff is working hard to clear the rubbish all the time. I would like to thank Louise Cheung for her kind assistance especially during this period of time. She is caring and helpful, especially to the long term customer like me 😊
I would highly recommend Panda Hotel to everyone if they are fine with staying at Tsuen Wan area. I will definitely stay here again whenever I return to Hong Kong to visit my family and friends.

Dear Chelsea G, Thank you very much for your question. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not provide a free shuttle bus service from the airport to the hotel. Instead, you can take Bus Route A31 from the airport and alight at Yan Chai Hospital. Our hotel is located just opposite the bus stop. The bus fare is HK$19.8 per person, and the journey takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Buses run every 20-30 minutes. Thank you.

Please proceed past the bus station, and you will find a footbridge directly in front of you. Walk along the footbridge, and it will lead you to the hotel entrance.
