Excellent stay again. The first time back after the covid. It is a good management to maintain the service and standards like what it used to be pre-covid. Breakfast and room are awesome even it was already over 40 years old. It still in good shape with the classic design which I love it very much.

Always a pleasure to stay here. We were upgraded to a harbor view suite as part of the Ambassador Privilege. The hotel is outstanding where service is concerned, be it reception staff, bellboy, doormen, all eager to help, and with a smile. We also like very much the location as it is walkable to the busy part of TST without being in the thick of it! Thank you.

I stayed for a night in Sep 2023 and all services exceeded to my expectations. I especially appreciated Megumi arranging my check-in at the member lounge and her hospitality was excellent. View from the room was wonderful, I could see Victoria harbor and night view of Hong Kong island side! At the end of the day, I could feel relax in the comfortable bathtub and get rid of my fatigue. I enjoyed my stay at InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong overall.

Great location ,fantastic service and the club rooms are great value for money ( food was great and changed most nights and plenty of it ) I would love to call out Katie ko as she was exceptional , she made us feel part of her family and made our holiday, she help us from start to finish and made time every night to see how our day was and if she could help plan the rest of our stay.

The Intercon Grand Stanford is back, having recovered from the pandemic. This time last year, it was reeling - occupied almost entirely by local HK people enjoying a “staycation”. Now, it is filled with international travellers and HKese alike, and is all the better for it. Special thanks go to Mr. Thomas Biju, the outstanding lead server at breakfast. He provides the highest standard of care, in the traditional manner, and the hotel is lucky indeed to have the services of such a superstar. Nothing is too much trouble, even down to procuring a solid puerh tea for breakfast, from elsewhere in the hotel. The staff throughout the hotel are generally first-class, and even the “instant service” team (via telephone) are now back in international mode, being fluent in English. This is my favourite hotel in the city and i cannot imagine staying elsewhere. The gym, the Club Lounge, the restaurant (where I opt to eat), and the pool are all just what one needs.…

I have been staying at the Grand Stanford since 2006. It it always lovely and the staff are a big part of what makes it that way. From bell-hops to random ladies you may walk past as they clean rooms - all will greet you with a smile. My stays usually last for about 3 weeks each trip. It it 100% worth it to book the club package with access to the club lounge. They offer breakfast service, high tea and evening cocktails and appetizers. The club staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable and can help you with anything you need. It really is something that helps a long business stay feel relaxing and like you are in your home away from home. Several staff members really step up and go out of their way make sure you are happy. Alex, Trixie and Migumi are a god-send. Alex and Trixie have worked on the club floor for many, many years and I would be lost if they were to ever leave. When Alex and Trixie are around I will often be welcomed by name. They remember what type of tea you have at breakfast, where you like to sit, etc., and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. This trip it seems like Alex was mostly on the morning shift and I didn't get to experience his amazing personality as much. Alex is the most attentive person and with him it's always service with a smile. It is my opinion that the club lounge really loses some of it's magic in the evening if Alex is not there. Club lounge aside, the hotel's location is great. MTR is not too far away. And it is usually easy to grab a taxi. …

It was my first time but I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. A very nice hotel with courteous staff, from bellboy, housekeeping, club floor reception to staff in the club lounge. Special thanks to the club team Pheonix Leung, Trixie, Alex and Faye, and to the housekeeping staff Ada. Gorgeous full ocean view from the room. Very comfortable club lounge with buffet breakfast, and continuous refill of snacks, fruits and drinks during the afternoon tea and evening cocktails. The hotel is in a very convenient location but takes about 14 mins walk to the closest MTR station. One set of the hotel entrance door is always closed and blocked, with the same car parked right in front of the entrance door for the entire week of my stay. At busy times, it was difficult to get through.
