We stayed in your hotel for 1 night with 6 rooms and we had a wonderful experience. The staff were very welcoming and provided great customer service. Especially Joey & Nicole from the front desk. They provided services above and beyond our expectations. Well organize all the request. They made our stay extra special and we would love to stay here again in the future.
Hi we are due to visit this week but the information coming out of the Global Center is different from the in-house reservation. I have tried to call direct and also via an number in email but no one answers. Does anyone have a number for a senior reservation person who I can speak with.
Average overall services ranking! Reception staffs make the grand lobby dark and cold! They can be more proactively friendly and helpful with smiles and politeness! Obvious elevator sounds noisy of which must be covered with nice and soft music! Must go to K11 Artus to learn thus improve...!
After my wife's bday celebration last year this year we decided to revisit this place for my bday. Originally we booked through our staff promotion plan but at the end KK day offered much more for less so we changed to kkday. Upon check-in they recognized me from their record (world of Hyatt) and also gave me a late checkout for my bday treat. So kudos to Susanna for her service during the check-in. The swimming pool booking was a fight and we checked-in early already and already all the best spots were reserved? (how could others reserve so quickly??!), luckily we still got our slot immediately after lunch so at least we had our chances to swim in the lovely resort-like pool. The pool side grill was something that we hadn't tried before. The day was hot (mid July) but it was not too bad in the evening. Although it was a buffet don't expect too much variety on the cold cuts and seafood when comparing to the one in the Grand Cafe. The grilled meats and veggies were plentiful so if you like these sort of things then you won't be disappointed. The buffet breakfast was nice though this time we sat at the Tiffins and the staff assured us we would get the same choice of food as in Grand Cafe. To be honest Tiffin was less busy and more quiet, so it was nice as well. The package included a Tiffin afternoon tea takeaway and we could start to pick them up from noon onwards. As we had late checkout until 2, we picked it up then (making sure this time they would not give us 3 portions of clotted cream again instead of 1 portion of clotted cream, jam and lemon curd) we immediately headed back home via MTR but the moment we opened this up at home, a lot of their tarts were melted/became runny. (I am not talking about just the chocolate but other savouries as well). Needless to say, scooping something with a spoon was not really an enjoyable experience for an afternoon tea. This will question whether the hotel can do better on this (E.g. Keep the stuff refrigerated until the customer picks it up and not prepare them all at noon time) Overall the staycation experience was great except the hiccup in the afternoon tea. Definitely an enjoyable stay.…
We had a vacation with the whole family pass weekend. (16 of us) All the staff was wonderful and helpful; especially attentive to our 93 years old in a wheelchair. I would highly recommend booking the Victoria Harbour Suits; it has extra space with a breathtaking view of Hong Kong.
This was probably the best staycation due to the amazing caring service provided by the club team. Very accommodating, free flow champagne and never a no on the lips of the staff. We received a nice birthday cake for my friend and a handwritten card. Highly recommend!
First off, the hotel service was great. Staff were kind and helpful. Facilities were great too. I tried the spa here. So relaxing. The food quality of room service was fantastic. The transportation is also very convenient. I will always find the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong when I visit Hong Kong.
The Grand Hyatt Hong Kong (GHHK) has been a long-time favourite of our family for staycations long before the pandemic. The work made by the GHHK team to transform this family-friendly business hotel into a family-centric urban resort without business travellers is beyond impressive. Most 5-star hotels in Hong Kong did not manage the transition so smoothly. I could go on and on about the hotel and its outstanding team. My 2019 review of the hotel is still 100% valid despite the change of circumstances since 2020. For the full experience, book a room/suite with Club access! Don't be shy to ask the team: knowledgeable concierges, caring Club staff, passionate sommeliers & chefs, and outstanding management. Our second home in Hong Kong
My boyfriend arranged a staycation at this hotel for my birthday. A bday banner, a bottle of red wine and a creamy cake were provided for my bday. Generally, the experience was good with some rooms for improvement though. Room: -The environment of the suite was really nice with a great harbour view -Spacious enough for playing hide and seek -Good room service with spontaneous response by call and politeness -The Sheet of quilt had a stain which i think should not be available in a 5 star hotel…. Catering: -the cocktail drink at the cocktail was a bit disappointing (i sipped one month of the mojito but not two…) ( the Long Island by my bf was also less than mediocre…) -the buffet breakfast at the cafe was nice -almost got finger burnt as the teapot was made of metal… super hot -steakhouse was nice and the waiter was very sincere Swimming pool: -should have bath gown provided -got reminded of the deepness (1.8m) once got in…
Great iced teas (lemongrass ginger) and other alcoholic drinks. Excellent place to sit back and watch the sunset. Staff and service are top notch. It's a great idea to grab some drinks here before your dinners at the hotel if you're not staying the night.
