Located in Jordan along the vibrant Nathan Road, a few minutes’ walk from Jordan MTR Station, Eaton HK features a newly designed lobby and guest rooms, rooftop swimming pool and yoga studio, gym and juice bar, co working club, large event spaces, screening room, art gallery, radio station, and a host of restaurants and bars including a Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant, an all-day dining floor, an open terrace cocktail bar, and a signature Food Hall. The hotel design references the romantic appeal and spiritual yearning of Wong Kar-wai’s arthouse films of the 1990s. More than a hotel, Eaton HK is an incubator for arts and culture, a beacon for sustainability, a hub for impact initiatives, and a local connection to a global media platform. Eaton HK is the physical arm of Eaton Workshop, a global mission-driven hospitality built to uplift the human spirit as we collectively pursue a better world for people and planet. With distinct parts—Hotel, House, Media, Wellness, and Impact—Eaton is not only a place for travellers to lay their heads, it’s also a place to experience belonging, creativity, and community.
Star ratings are intended to indicate the general level of features, amenities, and services to expect. This property is classified according to Giata.

Eaton HK stands out for its artsy and trendy decor, embodying the vibrant spirit of Hong Kong, although opinions diverge regarding the room lighting and modernity. The hotel's central Kowloon location garners high marks for convenience, surrounded by cultural hotspots and transport links.
While some guests consider the rooms small and in need of updates, the cleanliness and service are generally applauded, with the staff's attentiveness often highlighted. Amenities, including dining options, a pool, and a gym, add to the hotel's appeal, though views on value for money vary among travelers.

I booked the Signature Eaton double room with a long-stay rate and was very happy with my stay. The room was neat and had a trendy hipster vibe, complete with a bowl of fresh fruit, red wine, and complimentary water on arrival. The Himalayan salt lamp added a nice touch. I enjoyed a calming sound bath session on the hotel TV, which helped me unwind after traveling.
The staff were exceptional, especially Kelvin, who went above and beyond to help me. Other porters, Abu, Nosa, Derek, and a tattooed young man whose name I didn’t catch were also consistently helpful, friendly and professional. I also appreciate the helpful housekeeping staff on Floor 16 during my stay in early March 2025.
The food hall on Level 1 offered decent options, and there are plenty of eateries within a five-minute walk. The hotel’s location is excellent, with MTR a 3-minute stroll away and nearby buses. On Saturday night, I visited the hotel bar, Terrible Baby, enjoyed a mocktail, and took in the views from the balcony.
The hotel’s quirky decor pays homage to Kowloon’s past and Wong Kar Wai's films. I appreciated the community library in the lobby and the collection of local publications, though I missed out on purchasing a specific zine. I also didn’t have time to use the outdoor pool and gym but plan to next visit.
TL;DR: Vibes were immaculate. Will re-book!

I spent 10 nights at the Eaton in October 2024 and thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The hotel itself is conveniently located for eating places, shopping and travel (whether on foot or public transport) to tourist attractions! The staff are all friendly and helpful.
I will return without hesitation!

Wife and I stayed here for 5 days in early January 2024 and absolutely loved the convenience, amenities, friendly staff, and value of the Eaton hotel. The room we stayed at (1021) on the 10th floor was quiet (no traffic noise from Nathan Road below and spacious (for Hong Kong) with thoughtful amenities, including electric water kettle to boil water, shampoo/shower gel, toothbrushes, hair dryer, instant coffee, slippers, large glass bottle of water refilled for free each day, etc. While there are convenient electrical outlets above the small desk, there are no USB plugs, so bring your own.
The A21 (day)/N21 (night) airport bus stops within a block of the hotel. Also about a couple of minutes walking distance to the Jordan MTR subway station. Cross Nathan Road and on the parallel street (Woosung) behind Nathan, there is a Sunshine 24-hour self-service laundromat that accepts the Octopus card for payment. Detergent and fabric softener are automatically dispensed for the price paid, so no need to bring your own. Less than a 5-minute walk from the hotel is the famous Temple Street, where we loved the claypot rice at Hing Kee, the dai pai dong street food at Wing Fat, and delicious Chinese desserts at Kai Kai Desserts, all within minutes of each other.

The supplies and services are not only environmentally friendly, but also sophisticated and friendly. This family tour booked two double rooms, connecting the form of rooms, staff will help to open the door between the two rooms, such a nice design. Breakfast We enjoy Pushing restaurant cuisine on the ground floor, and a variety of Chinese-western buffet breakfast. The hotel is close to the metro station, and the transportation is very convenient.

We stayed in a family room which was perfect for our needs. A nice separation at sleep time with the bunk room and double bedroom separated by a door. Comfortable bed with soft duvet and great pillows. My teenage kids said the bunk bed was comfortable and it was hard to wake them up in the morning so it must have been! Good mini fridge (we stocked with drinks from 7-11) coffee and tea and fresh bottled water everyday. A very handy work desk in each room and TV. Excellent housekeeping. Functional bathroom with good shower and amenities. Good WiFi.
Nor overly fancy but hip and functional. This isn’t a five star hotel, but surpasses many of the 5 star hotels in Hong Kong and the price point is excellent. It was worth every cent. The hotel is not traditional in the fact it is open to the local community and has a real artsy, culturally diverse and creative energy, which we liked.
Great food court in the basement which after a long haul flight was great to go to with a great selection of vendors. Great location in the heart of Kowloon near Temple Street. Mong Kok a short walk to TST and minutes from Jordan MTR. Hong Kong is safe and I was happy to let my kids wander off and explore while I had work to do.
Great dining nearby. What more can I say? The pool is small but great for a dip and a chill with skyline views after a day’s sightseeing. I visit HK at least once a year and in recent years have stayed on the island despite growing up in TST.
This trip was the first time I brought my kids to HK and the location and Eaton Hotel was perfect. They loved the Eaton. I loved the Eaton and will definitely stay again! Thanks!

Location is convenient. Took A21 bus from airport and the bus stop was outside the hotel. Jordan mtr is within walking distance as well as many popular eateries. There's also a food hall downstairs. 7e and Starbucks were just opposite the hotel.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were looking for a bus stop and was surprised when the valet/lift staff walked us to the exact bus stop. Check in staff was also patient cos I was having some issue with my card. Housekeeping staff smiled and greeted us when we passed by the corridor.
Room size is acceptable - we have 2 med size & 2 cabin size luggages. There's window in the room, USB ports. Plug points were a bit useless due to the position of it with the table right under it and blocking the cable. There was 2 plug points which we could use though.
Filtered water is refilled in glass bottles and they gave us 2 extra bottles when we requested - very prompt action right after we called. Check out time is 12pm - there's a baggage storage area after we check out.

I would like to commend two employees of your store, one of whom is Barton Ng.
It was Mother's Day that night, and I was queuing up to get the food from "Yat Tung Roast Meat". There were about 7 to 8 diners queuing up, and there were two toothpicks on the ground. I saw Barton squatting down to pick up two toothpicks on the ground. One of the toothpicks was stepped on by a diner's shoe. However, he waited for the diner to leave, then squatted on the ground to pick up the toothpick to ensure that there was nothing on the ground. Rubbish.
I believe no other diners would notice this subtle work, but in my eyes, I feel that he is indeed an excellent employee who is very responsible and considers the image of your store. It’s really worth the extra payment!
In addition, there is an employee, A Xue, whose service attitude is also customer-oriented, making people feel at home. Both employees deserve a lot of praise.
I am completely willing to recommend your store to my friends.

Lovely hotel. Its huge plus is a super successful location, within walking distance of several metro stations. Rooms are compact but have everything you need - hairdryer, fridge, TV, tea/sugar, shampoos, toothbrushes. The staff is friendly.
Cleaning is normal - yes, there's dust on the far shelves somewhere, but we only came to the room to sleep so it wasn't too much stress.
We didn't take breakfast, I can't tell you how they feed you. There are a large number of restaurants and 7eleven maganises nearby.
There's a pool on the 25th floor. A little but there is. we went once, but unfortunately after 20 minutes of our arrival they decided that a storm was coming and said that the pool was closing (there was certainly no rain or storm on that day :))) But maybe we were just unlucky. there is no claim on the pool itself. The gym wasn't used.

Arrival was easy as it's a central location. Check-in was swift although the desk clerk mumbled and was difficult to understand. I found the room to be smart although quite small, compact would be the kindest phrase. My room was heavily overlooked by other buildings so I had to keep the window shutters closed throughout my five day stay. Beds are firm and comfortable and allow a good night's sleep. Showers are not that powerful and had to be on full temp to be acceptable. Breakfast was not included but a hearty breakfast is available opposite the hotel at HK Chandon at a reasonable price. Daytime at the Eaton is a very different story. I made it known that I didn't want room service as I was tired and had been ill, needing the extra sleep. I was still woken by persistent knocking at my door for a total of four times through the morning, with the room attendant not seeming to accept my explanation that I did not want my bed making up. Later in the day there was random music piped directly into the room that couldn't be turned off from the room. Throughout the day there was a lot of persistent corridor noise. The Eaton also allows pets and barking dogs were a regular feature during my stay. Overall I am flabbergasted that this is a 4 star hotel. I would struggle to justify 3 stars. Management really need to get their act together and focus on the customer experience. I cannot recommend that you stay here until they do that and would not stay here again myself. Comedy night was a fiasco. The hotel tv info system said that it starts at 9pm when it started much earlier. There was no mention of ticket price, although it was HK$200. No comedian names were mentioned so we had to trust blindly that it would be okay. In the end there were just 13 people that attended and it was a dissaster. The hotel bar is called Terrible Baby and they made a Terrible job of the comedy night and that's no joke. In the bar itself everybody sat in their outdoor jackets because it was so cold. I witnessed staff leaving the toilet without washing their hands which is gross. At 10:30 the volume gets turned up to Night Club volume, you can't hear any conversation from that point on. Staff sometimes do and sometimes don't wear face masks. Staff that forget drinks orders and just walk away. Budvar lager was flat and they didn't realise that that was a problem and carried on serving it to people that didn't know any better. There was a smell of raw sewage from the vanity sink. Overall I would recommend that you stay elsewhere.

Hotel is in a fantastic location with lots of eateries around.
The nearest station is probably about a 6 minute walk, TST and Mong Kok is well within walking distance. Temple Street is directly behind Nathan Road where you can pick up some great local snacks. The hotel has a small food court in the basement level, the hotel itself holds a breakfast, lunch and evening buffet. We visited for lunch, great price and great selections on offer.
The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. I had lost some items which mistakenly gotten wrapped up in the bedsheets, the staff were extremely helpful in looking into this and returned the items with an apology in person.
If I were to offer some feedback it would be about the cleanliness of the rooms, generally overall this was a lot better than some of the other hotels I have stayed in however I noticed although the bedding looked fresh and you can tell these were freshly ironed, on many occasions the bedding was stained.
The bathroom door although frosted you could still very clearly see the outlines of someone in the bathroom and could see everything, this is less of a problem when sharing as a couple however it would have been an issue had I been staying with friends.
Despite the issues mentioned about I would recommend the hotel based on its location and service.
