The Most Rubbish Hotel In Hong Kong as a local I can tell you. I stayed here for several months and they will suddenly deactivate your room key just to force you add about $1000 more deposit for them. And they’re not likely giving you back the money at all. And their attitude most likely the WORST among most of the hotels in HK. From front desk to the security guards and the housekeeping, they wouldn’t want to help you even seeing you have got a lot baggage. And sometimes they will explain the bad behaviour of them is due to “not in a good mood” . I’m sorry what?Aren’t you guys professional?
I stayed at BP International for three months as a long stay guest. It has a central location close to Jordon and TST with many restaurants and shopping centers around. It is close to Kowloon park which is a good place for a walk. The hotel adopts professional management, from the courtesy of the concierge to the availability and friendliness of the reception. The housekeeping staff help at any time with high-level services. They basically check the room every day to give you water and take out the trash and then do a deep clean twice a week. Fruits are provided once a week. The hotel also has a good restaurant offering affordable English breakfast and takeaway lunch set that changes the menu from time to time. The laundry is available with self-service and it is also convenient to do the dry cleaning that the staff carefully check your clothes and write down the details. The TV has several international channels (eg Italian, German, English, Russian, French channels). The hotel even provided a COVID-19 self-test kit and helped protect safety and health. Excellent management does professional work and staff provides high-quality services. It is above the standards of a 3-star hotel and should be rated higher in terms of service and professional management. Of course, the value for money is high and I hope the long-stay package price can continue to be competitive, so I have reason to return in the near future as a guest.…
Staycationed here for 3 nights. It's in a very convenient location with metro station nearby. The hotel is a bit tired, room is basic and functional. Cleanliness and size ok. One thing I particularly don't like is the rather limited choice of TV channels. The buffet restaurant looks good but pricey. I didn't try. There are so many restaurants in the neighbourhood.
The reception is very helpful and friendly. The room is very clean, even though it is a bit small. The view is excellent and location is very convenient. Many different type of cuisine and various shopping areas nearby.
Great location with very helpful housekeeping staff, tidy room with great sea view, supermarket, shopping mall, and restaurants all near the hotel. Suitable for business, couples or visitors. Chinese Dinner set at the hotel's restaurant is delicious and great. I enjoyedthe short stay at the hotel.
Excellent location, just few footstep to public transport, could access to many places of interest. Many restaurants around and convenient stores open 24 hours. Unbeatable price with 2 sets breakfast, huge lobby, friendly staff. Room and toilet are bit small but still acceptable as we are not so fat.
We booked 2 nights stay in this hotel because of its reasonable price in most hotel websites. The hotel has a large reception area but has limited sitting space. The safety deposit box is not working when we check in. It is a credit to their service that they immediately replace with a new one. The room itself was spacious enough but the furniture and decor are a bit outdated. We also dine in their cafe because of the virus situation. Their service is acceptable but the food is poor. There are so many hotel choices in Hong Kong and I am unlikely to choose this hotel again.
The elevators are always filled because all 4 are soooooooooooooo slow. OK, let's be honest, it's Chinese New Year weekend, so we didn't expect a great room. It was very small. It was OK. We had to add a 3rd bed to accommodate our sister-in-law....so small became extremely cramped....oh well. The location is great...near Austin and Jordan stations. The food places around the hotel are plentiful. The breakfast buffet is good...include it in your stay. Go after 10 am to avoid the crowds. All in all, a good stay and good choice.
The hotel is near Nathan road which is the shopping Mecca of Hong Kong, the service is good, the rooms are old fashioned however so well kept. The house keeping keep a good job, my room was very clean. The concierge helps you to find a taxi in a prompt manner. The check in and check out was flawless.
The staff are generally nice and efficient except for a young man with eyeglasse who is on duty during morning shifts who is not friendly and very strict "by the book". We booked three rooms and requested for at least one room for us to rest since we arrive early but he decline to say check-in time is at 2PM and advise us to just wait and go back to the reception at 2PM. Staff at the restaurant are very friendly and fast. Rooms are nice and tidy with standard setup. The power outlets are type G and we have to buy adaptors for 30HKD to charge our gadgets. Lifts are very slow.
