Pure luxury - absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel has been modernised in a lovely way. The service is impeccable and staff are so helpful and friendly. We stayed in a harbour view room and it was perfect - with the real wow factor. As HK hotels go, I think you’d be hard pressed to find rooms with views as good as this. The view really is unique with the huge window in the type of room we choose and the position of the hotel on the harbour front. The gym was great with a full range of new equipment and the breakfast was fantastic too. Will definitely be back.

Since the pandemic, we hadn’t been in HK for 5 years, we concerned a lot about choosing the hotel due to the storm warning in a week we travelled. So, we chose Regent to be the 1st half of our trip. And since the 1st step of hotel pre-arrival email until the last step out of the hotel by Sara.
I firstly met Christina at Front Desk for checking-in, things went smoothly.
The hotel’s located in a nice area, Tsim Sha Tsui, connected to K11 Musea and avenue of stars, So, it’s quite convenient to shop around while enjoying the sculptures and art inside. From MTR, go to Exit J2 for access the hotel via K11 Musea, heading to Moma design, then look for Lojel shop, the hotel side door just on the left of the shop.
The hotel harbour view is fantastic with symphony of light which shows every night. The room we got was around a half smaller than we got when it was IC but cleaner, more comfortable and more modern.
The housekeepers were very attentive in every single details, every time we went out, room was tidy ; all wires were wrapped, all bins were empty, bottled drinking water were filled up to 6, turndown service and so on.
At Concierge, Marshall’s a reliable foodie and very informative both for foods and languages (I’m sure he knows much more in other aspects.). He gave us an idea how to understand Cantonese words and cuisines and sent us a letter just right after we asked him about my favorite pork liver congee. My husband also liked how Jack explained the way to go to our destinations.
For Regent club, the foods and drinks were nice with more variety and better quality than the club lounge of other hotels. Here, we firstly met Edward who’s very nice, attentive and thoughtful to find out what guests need. Manson was so observant, sharped-eyed, ready to serve at all times, he’s a foodie as well, we got his recommendations for my favorite foods too. And Carolina’s the one who always brightened my day with her lovely smile and service. Also, Diya, Pranita, Karen, Tatsuki, Sachin and Cheng are very friendly, prompt response and lovely as well. Chef Ben and his team were so nice too, his congee texture was the right one for my taste, only different main ingredient. And there’s the best crispy bacon available. I thought I got best one already but Regent’s has now been up to replace the 1st of my list already. Actually, waking up and having meals, drinks and conversations with all of them made this stay so memorable.

I just came back from Regent Hong Kong and it was such a wonderful experience that I really want to share.
Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Mr. Jason who help me completed my checkin and I was escorted to the lounge. Mr Himmy, the club manager, then kindly gave a room tour. When I arrived, I was first asked about the room temperature which, to me, shows a little gesture of care and attention to details. I got the premium room with a habour view and it was truly spectacular, especially during night time. Everything else is just perfect. I did enjoy my stay.
When it comes to food, I really enjoyed a variety of pastries during the afternoon tea. They were delicately presented and visually pleasing. The taste was heavenly. They also offer a signature sparkling tea, exclusively crafted for the hotel. It was so good. Evening cocktails has a wide selections of canapés, cheese, champagne which I also enjoyed with my friend. To me, this was one of the best lounges I have gone so far. It was such a great job for Himmy, Isabel, Cherlyn and the rest of the team who I did not mention.
I really wanted to thank to all members, including those behind the scenes housekeeping team and F&B for their hardwork to create such a wonderful and memorable guest experience.

The bathtub was absolutely stunning and comfortable! The sofa right next to the window was big and nice! The TV was also large and amazing! Great Victoria Harbour view also!
Just one thing need improvement was the bottle water, i hate the metal lid, it could cut somebody's hand! They really should provide a bottle opener or something, or consider replacing with a different brand bottle water.

5 out of 5. Top luxury services. Since renovations announced, the hotel has been on my list for a while, and finally opening last year and I got a chance to try out this hotel. Due to my Diamond status and lounge membership, I got the opportunity to check in at the Club. Cheryl was extremely polite and helpful, though the complimentary upgrade was given, it didn’t exceed the expectation. The room is very new and fresh with touch panels on the wall controlling the blinds and curtains. The surprising part is the TV speakers are on the roof which connects throughout the room, even the bathroom.
Plenty of choices of food and beverages at evening canapé section at the Club.
A massive shout out to the experience agent in the Club: Amy, Tatsuki, Manson, Pranita, Isabelle and Cheryl for providing outstanding 5* Service. Furthermore, would like to thank Patrick for the nice little surprise. Appreciate it.
Being a regular guest of different 5* hotel lounges, the Regent Club definitely topped my list and I’m extremely impressed.
Breakfast provides a good variety of cuisine, Japanese Korean Indian Western and Hong Kong style, Anson and Jim provided a great service and nice smile which cheers my day. However the restaurant is very packed during breakfast time and lots of kid running around. The breakfast at the club, choices are limited but a much quieter experience.
Overall, Regent Hong Kong is a hotel with a luxury tag and they exceed the luxury expectations with lots of personal touches making my stay extraordinary memorable.
I highly recommend this Hotel not only the best Harbour View but also the people here.

This stay at Regent Hotel Hong Kong was a truly memorable experience for a long time. Thirty years ago, the Regent Hotel, which I visited when I was young, left me with a special memory, and finding it again was a mixture of some concerns with Sulem. As long as time went by, the hotel was expected to change, but contrary to expectations, the newly decorated hotel retained its modern yet unique luxury. I could feel the warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay, and it felt like I was back home.
Especially the experience in the club lounge was really great. I was able to confirm that the many reviews I saw on the Internet were all true. From the overall atmosphere of the lounge to the detailed service was perfect. Amy, her careful care as a room manager was really impressive, and her team members Desmond, Cheryl, Pranita also greeted me with bright smiles and kindness every morning and evening. Amy is especially capable of anticipating and responding to customer needs. Thanks to it, every moment in the club lounge was very comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks to her and the professional service of the team, I was excited to come back to the Regent Hotel.
When I returned to my room, I was impressed once more. Regent Hotel rooms are luxurious and stylish, and the beds and furniture are designed to maximize comfort. Especially the Hong Kong skyline viewed from the window was an artwork in itself. At night, the calm sea and the lights of the city combine, creating a romantic atmosphere. The cleanliness was also perfect without any flaws, and thanks to the carefully arranged rooms every day, we were able to have a comfortable relaxation throughout the trip.
The various restaurants in the hotel were also a highlight. The variety of dishes served in each restaurant in different styles exceeded all expectations. In particular, breakfast is made with a variety of fresh ingredients that make it a driving force to start your day. In the evening, it was possible to enjoy food and relax in the unique atmosphere of each restaurant, and the careful service of the staff made it even more special.

This was a 5-night stay with my family, who are usually far away, and it was a wonderful experience. The location and views were top-notch in Hong Kong, and the tasteful interior and furnishings allowed us to relax and unwind.
