The rooms here are of a very high standard. We were travelling with another couple who had a Deluxe Courtyard Room and we had a Superior Courtyard Room. Both were great rooms. The Deluxe looked like it had been upgraded recently, different furnishings and a higher floor. Our Superior Room was still very nice, a bit more dated but spacious...

Perfect location. Elegant considering the mixed bag of Kowloon. With the nearby subway system and also the Star Ferry everything is easy to get to from here. Staff faultless, lobby bar classy and low key. Breakfast a vast array for all. Lounge cafe has amazing coffee and pastries. Rooms comfortable if average size. City view tag on superior rooms not...

Stayed pre cruise for 2 nights after staying here in 2009. I had a fabulous stay at the The Langham and although it lacks the views of The Pen and Intercontinental, it exceeds in every other way. After staying in these two hotels in the past with island view rooms it did not worry me at all. I was most...

Well located property, attentive professional staff, high standards, comfy beds. The afternoon tea was a letdown. Its just an area off the lobby, nothing special or fancy. Pretty petit samples of desserts. Limited savory tidbits. Ordinary scones. Have had better.

Checked in at 10.00am and by upgrading to a suite for an extra HK $400 /day we were able to get into the suite at 11.00am. At the Langham Club on floor 11 you have a personal check in and check out. Breakfast, afternoon tea with champagne if you want and early evening complimentary cocktails are served here. Service here...

We stayed on 11 th floor and were given the privilege of using The Club, From here we were checked in and given a butler service,so charming and helpful. So we had breakfast and could pop in for a drink in the early evening and stay on for a nice light meal. Each visit we were greeted and waited upon....

We arrived at the hotel at 9:30AM directly from the Regent Ship "Voyageur" only to find out that our pre booked stay thru Regent (at a exorbitant up-charge) EXPECTED us wait in the lobby along with numerous other surprised ship guests, until 3:00pm for a check-in. Fortunately the friendly hotel staff upgraded us for a small charge to a suite,...

Booked on line at a rate that makes this hotel an outstanding value. Excellent location, large rooms beautifully appointed down to the last detail. Exceptionally helpful staff. Dining is an experience with a fabulous breakfast and dinner buffet. The buffets are pricey but well worth the splurge. Highly recommend, Hope this helps.

We have just stayed at this hotel before starting a cruise from Hong Kong. The hotel is situated on the tip of Kowloon in an excellent position for both the Star Ferry and Metro system both of which are excellent. The hotel rooms are comfortable, very clean and we found them quiet even though the hotel seemed full. Breakfasts are...

Afternoon tea as a farewell treat. Little too fancy, high tea.....good choice of teas, nice fresh scones, but I miss my sandwiches....... Cakes and food selection was a little light, but extremely rich. Choice/selection was little, and no refills. All in okay, but have had better.
