Beautiful staff, great service, good location. We stayed in superior room with club access, breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails and nibbles included. Great options for breakfast, limited snacks for rest of day but drinks made up for it. The space in the club room very intimate and views of harbour limited but felt special up there. Rooms only small but...

This hotel enjoys one of the best location on the Kowloon side of Hong Kong. It is opposite the Peninsular hotel and 5 minutes walk to Harbour City and Ocean Terminal. One of the exit for the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station is also directly beneath the hotel so if you want to get the MTR without getting wet or...

Booked standard room for 2. It s tiny!!!the smallest room I ever stayed in!!!definitely not like the photo on the advertising. Double size bed and very limited space for suitcase. For 1000hkd a night, I expected a little bit more. Showers are designed for short people, and I m short, still feel trapped in the tiny space. Location is good....

As others have said the location is great - so central as it is just off the main high street however you do have to consider the size of the rooms. We were on the final leg of a 23 day tour of China and struggled with room for our luggage. The room was however, clean, comfortable and serviceable. We...

The Hotel reception was reasonable, the Harbour Club very good, service of rooms pleasant and helpful. The location was central and that was where the positives ended. The rooms were tiny with no real storage apart from a 35cm hanging cupboard with a single drawer below. The suitcases had to be stored under the bed or there would not have...

We stay here for 3 nights during our stay in Hong Kong. Like other travellers have said - the hotel is in a great location, especially for the underground. However, the rooms are so small and quite dated. Ours smelt damp and smokey too. There was no free wifi - which was interesting as every other hotel we stayed at...

Good hotel but the room was rather on the small side. Clean and comfortable bed and good service, but if spending more than a few days in Hong Kong we would definitely recommend requesting a larger room. Our room was cramped and difficult to easily manage three suitcases. Couldn't fault location though and reasonable value for money.

The hotel is next door to The Peninsula and an easy walk to the cultural center and harbor. We had a double room for two (full bed). We expected a small room, and it definitely is - basically 2 carry on suitcases will fit but probably not larger luggage. The shower head, etc is quite short (my husband is 6'3"...
